When advertising for affiliates and communicating with prospective affiliates, I try to make it clear that this will be their business and they need to have internet access. This is an international online business after all.

I suspect that most of us including ECAs that bulk recruit do this but, like you Jose, we still have people with limited access computer.

The only things I can suggest for you to help them are:

- Be patient with them. They will log in irregularly

I would say that the 1st thing that you need to address is what you are going to say.

You therefore need to have a good understanding of SFI and TripleClicks. With this knowledge come confidence. When people say that they 'are not good at approaching people face to face' it is generally because of the lack of confidence. So knowledge of your subject matter is the key.

You dont have to know it all. If you are asked a question that you do not know the answer to, just say

If you are going to focus on getting as many affiliates as possible and as quickly as possible and you have money, go to TripleClicks and purchase PSAs 'on the go.' At the same time go to the major advertisers online (Google, FaceBook etc...) and purchase advertising.

You will most likely get a whole lot of people signing up as affiliates. Your job now is to work with them as their sponsor and mold them into an effective and active team of affiliates. This is what I would call building

For any business - Family Is Important.

Most of the big successful businesses in the world try to develop a 'family environment' at their place of work. Why? Because a family environment is supposed to be a supportive environment where everyone work for the common good. In the business world this means a successful flourishing business.

Its the same with SFI. Look at the way we conduct business and communicate with each other - especially in The Forum. We place being supportive,

Which is better and why? Promoting SFI and TripleClicks locally and more personally...or globally via the Internet?

Local promotion is ideal and is the better of the two.

Those local people who you sign up as affiliates are going to be in your team. Building a team with local affiliates would be easier because of you will share the same language and culture, knowledge of local events, understanding of the local economy etc.. Communication would be easier and can even make personal contacts, provide encouragement, training, become friends. You can become personal with each other.

I often tell people that ask similar questions to do the following:

1. Have a good look at SFI. Read all the information on the SFI site as you are able to and get to know the SFI system well.

2. If you have doubts about SFI, do not entertain those at the beginning. Work your SFI business to your best ability and give it time to grow. In other words, dont just read the text and then quit because it looks complicated or its not making you money fast enough. SFI is

I use the 'My Movers' tab in conjunction with the Genealogy report. I think that is the best way of doing it.

I can find out who the workers are by going through the Genealogy but it is far quicker to go to the My Movers and work with those workers more closely.

To get the most out of the Genealogy report I use the filters extensively identifying the dates the members (not on My Mover) joined and when they last logged in, what VP they have collected during the month. Using

To be successful in SFI, what attributes do you need the people on your team to have?

The main attributes needed are passion and drive.

If you have a team of affiliates that are passionate about SFI and who drive themselves to succeed, you will have a flourishing business.

You yourself will need to have the same attributes as well as being an awesome sponsor. You will have to ignite the passion and fan the drive to succeed in your team. If you can get them to do the same with their own teams they would be practicing duplication and this will lead to success

Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

Your question asks which is better of the two to do. I actually try to do both but my preference is to sponsor SFI affiliates.

The way I see it, referring TripleClicks members is fine and if they purchase from TripleClicks then I get the commission and the VP. These are great but I will only benefit if they purchase from TC. Hopefully they will come back and purchase some more and only then will I benefit again.
They may also become PSAs if they want to, but I would rather take

Should I prospect people to become affiliates only from my own country...or from everywhere?

Prospecting from everywhere is the correct thing to do.

I would recommend that you do not limit yourself to your own country.
Here are some of my reasons why I recommend this.

This is an international company operating throughout the world.

In some countries the uptake of online business such as SFI is low. If you country is in that category you will be really struggling to recruit affiliates.

Regardless of where affiliates live, they all have the
