For me, the main purpose of the 'Welcome Letter' is to welcome my new team member.

I want to make the new members feel appreciated and know that we would be working together and that they can count on me to help then grow their businesses.

That's the main focus of my letter and yes I also give out tips:

- I point them to the direction of the Affiliate Center and for them to go to the 'Start' button, click on it and go from there.
- I refer them to the

You need to promote the importance communication by being the best communicator you can be.

I know its not very encouraging when no one talks to you. I fully understand the frustration many of the sponsors suffer. Many of us send out streams, newsletters, e-cards, emails, chats etc and even try to connect with affiliates on social sites etc.. but still many do not respond. Whatever we do we should not give up. Communication if you like, is the lifeblood of the business. We have no

What are 5-10 top statements I can provide to prospects to convince them that they should join SFI?

That word 'convincing' in my mind indicates that pressure is being applied to the prospects to join SFI and that is unfortunate. We are not selling them a product that they can purchase and then leave and may not want it again. We are in fact inviting them to enter into a partnership with us to build up our businesses. We are going to enter into a win/win relationship.

In order for this relationship to work, the prospective affiliate must clearly understand this - can see that he/she

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

I believe that the new CSA Exchange is a quite a good innovation and you should put some of your CSAs in it.

The focus is to encourage those inactive CSAs to become active and also those CSAs that log in now and then to become more committed to SFI.

Put simply, you select and place your inactive CSAs from countries other than yours in the pool and they are exchanged with CSAs from your country who other co sponsors have put in the pool. Those CSAs will of course also be inactive,

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

This happens to all the affiliates regardless of their level or rank. The VP total for the month resets at 0 at the beginning of the month and we all have to re qualify for our respective ranks or higher.

The reason for this is because your benefits for the month of, say July, are based on the number of VPs you earned in July. If we do not reset at 0 in the beginning of August and add the July VPs to the August VPs it means that the affiliate will benefit twice on the July VPs. This

How can I use testimonials from the Testimonials Gateway to gain interest and sign-ups?

Use the testimonials to back up what you are claiming in your advertising.

If in your ad you are promoting the fact that SFI is the real deal as a money making opportunity, select a testimonial that affirms that and include that in your ad. If you are focusing on the free training or the simplicity of SFI or the great support or whatever aspect of SFI you want to put infront of your prospective PSA, again select testimonials that focuses on those aspects.

Login to the SFI website every day. That's the very 1st habit to develop.

Even if you are tired, have been travelling; have spent hour’s in-front of the computer at the office, login to the SFI site. If you are going home from work or going to work and travelling on the train, bus etc., if you are able to login using cell phone, laptop, tablets etc..while on route.

You are running a business and you need to turn up for work every day to work your business, to train your

I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?

There are no boundaries to be overstepped.

You and your CSAs sponsors have one other major thing in common, other than the CSAs, you all want the affiliates (PSA/CSA) to succeed and do well in SFI.

You want them to do well with their recruiting, sponsoring and growing their teams. You want them to affect sales, you want them to progress up the ranks etc... In other words, you want nothing but the best for them.

Why? Because when they do well - you do well!

How do you explain SFI's role when talking to prospective TripleClicks ECAs?

I would explain it this way:

At TripleClicks, the ECAs run their own stores: loading and updating product photos & prices, packaging and filling customers order, run special product deals/sales, admin & research etc similar to other retail businesses.

The ECAs however need to comply with SFI (TripleClicks) requirements which are clearly spelt out. These include such things as - what cannot be sold, return & refund policy requirements, etc..

I consider spending your TCredits on the Pricebender Auctions in order to build up your business, the way to go. It would be a very wise decision to spend your TCredits bidding at the auctions.

Why the auctions?

Well, have a look at the items that are regularly put up for auction:

You have PSAs and CSAs; you have various packages of TCredits up for auction; TCredit subscription for 3 & 6 months; Custom Prestige Domain; S Builder coop units; SFI Gift Cards; Electronics
