CSAs are members of your team. Treat them the same as your PSAs.

I know that its natural to focus on your PSAs because they are the ones you recruited and if they do well your rewards are greater than what you would receive if your CSAs do well.

If your team is something similar to mine, there are always more CSAs and most of them are second home CSAs. Some of them are team leaders and there are others who are not team leaders but active in TripleClicks. Their activities

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

I agree wholeheartedly with you - good communication is vital in SFI but please remember that the written word is one of the several ways of communication, although it is the most commonly means of communicating.

If you are not good at writing, you have the options of learning to be a better writer (and this seems to be what you are looking for) or develop other forms of communicating such as by phone, Skype and other similar software applications, video (U Tube etc)

What you should spend your earnings on is your call.
I do not know your financial circumstance or the state of your SFI business so I will make some suggestions here and you can filter out what you dont want and keep whats useful to you.

If you are financially well off, you could look upon SFI as a source of pocket money and could spend your earnings as you like.

If you are struggling to keep the business going financially, I would recommend that you just simply plough

There are so many mistakes to be avoided but you have asked for the worst, the biggest mistake to be avoided.

In my opinion, the biggest of all mistakes that we must all avoid is telling lies. There is no such thing as a white lie or a small lie. A lie is a lie. Do not even hint at anything that is untrue and that is one of the reasons why we should not entertain hype. By all means be excited about the products, services or the SFI opportunity but stay away from hype. That's because

Your spouse is your partner for life. SFI can be yours and your spouses business for life.

We all know that there can be only one SFI account per household. That is the only limitation. There is no restriction on who operates that account or manages the business.

If you are the account holder and you want to involve your spouse in the business how about inviting him/her to be part of the business. No doubt you share many things, interests and do things together. SFI can

If you have never done this before, I suggest that you start off small.

I suggest that you start off with a selected group of close friends. Look upon it as rehearsal and treat it as such. If at the end of the get together, there are no sign up, don't be disappointed. Just keep in contact with them keeping the subject of SFI active.

Invite them to your house and be very open about the purpose of the get together. Tell them that you are getting together for a meal and the

There are literally hundreds of things you should be doing besides the To Do List actions.

You can be:

* Training yourself.

You need to learn as much about the business and about anything relevant or related to the business. This is an on-going requirement. Once you have completed your Launchpad lessons, go on to other parts of the site and learn as much as possible. Why not complete the Internet Course provided free by SFI? Read books relating to the business.

If you want to recruit affiliates this way, to be effective, you need the following:

- Know you stuff. You must have a very good understanding of how SFI works. People will ask you questions that you may have never anticipated. You've got to think on your feet and come up with the correct answer. If you don't have the answer however - all is not lost. Tell them that you will find out the answer and come back to them with it. Don't make up one.

- Professionalism. You

How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?

In order to reassure prospective customers that shopping at TripleClicks is safe and that their purchases will be delivered, I recommend you do the following:

* Tell your customers to click on the ‘Returns & Refunds’ policy button at the page where the product description is displayed. TripleClicks require all ECAs to display their returns and refunds policy with their products.

* Tell them about your own shopping experience with TripleClicks--what you have purchased;

Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

My advice to you is to recruit and welcome anyone who is interested in becoming an SFI Affiliate, regardless of what language they speak or can read.

There are ways of sponsoring people with little or no English if you do not speak their language. Find out what their language is and use online translators to communicate with them. You can also reassign them if possible to one of your team leaders who speaks that affiliate’s language.

Go ahead and advertise, recruiting
