There is no need to beat around the bush with these folks.

You have to tell them that they are wrong, that this is not a get rich fast scheme, but HOW you tell them is very important.

Although some of them may have joined with the intention of making money quickly, they may get to see the value and the potential of SFI and decide to work the business and become very successful in SFI. You do not want them to leave.

The impatient ones, who want to get rich quick will probably look at other ways of making money and may leave. You want them to leave on a good note because they will most likely regret leaving SFI and may come back.

Whatever you do - PLEASE DO NOT OFFEND THEM. If you do, they will most likely leave and will most likely tell other people about the bad experience he/she had at SFI. This affects all of us and the whole business. REMEMBER that as an affiliate you are the face of the company. Your actions are seen by others as the actions of SFI.

I would recommend that right from Day 1, when they first join up, impress upon them that this is not a get rich quick scheme. This is a Business not a Scheme. I include this in my Welcome letter. This is because I don't want them and me to waste time if they are just after quick money.

My follow up letters and streams impress upon them the need to do the training, to learn about the business, to be patient, that the 1st month is focused on training, they will not make much money initially. I speak of the future, the long term future, of residual income, of being able to bequeath the business, of the need to set up the business properly like any other business, setting long term goals etc... All these impress upon those affiliates not to expect to get rich fast.

For the prospects, I tell them straight off that if they join, do not expect to make it rich fast. While it is free to join, they will need patience to do the training and learn to grow their business. How successful it becomes is really up to them. I still invite them to join and see for themselves.

This all depends on how much time and energy you are prepared to but into it.

Having two separate blogs make it easier to keep them tidy and should avoid any possible confusion on the readers part. May people get confused regarding the relationship between SFI and TripleClicks.

My preference is to have two separate blogs.

The TripleClicks blog can concentrate solely on the store business, the products and services, and all its associated activities such as the auctions, games, competitions, special deals etc.

The SFI blog by its subjects very nature needs to refer to TripleClicks. You can link it to the TripleClicks blog. It all depends on your set up and your preference.

Of course you do not need to write solely about SFI and TripleClicks all the time. You can write about other matters that interests you and if possible link to SFI or TripleClicks depending on which blog you are on at the time.

This may appear time consuming, having two blogs, but you do not have to work on them every day. The main thing is to ensure that the content is up to date. Check them regularly and change the contents - articles and banners etc every now and then.

This has not happened to me yet, thank the Lord.

I think I would be naturally disappointed and would instinctively encourage him not to quit, to stay, to persevere and not to give up. I would remind him that with SFI he is building himself a real business. Like any other business it has to be nurtured and developed for it to grow to profitability. Give it time.

If he is 'putting out' a lot of money into the business and not returning a profit then I would suggest that we look at what he is spending his money on. Does he need to spend money? What is his business strategy, plans and goals? If he is 'putting out' a lot of time into the business with little return, then I would work with him on working smarter, using time saving activities/programs etc..

I would also look at the affiliate and how he has been operating. Did he just 'joined yesterday' and was looking for quick money? Is SFI too slow for him,not giving him the quick riches he seeks? Has he done any hard work within SFI or has he just been simply clicking on the to do lists? Has he been an active affiliate at all?

To be brutally honest, if I believe that an affiliate who is thinking of quitting is worth saving, I will do my very best to retain him. On the other hand if the affiliate has not given me any indication that is serious about this business, I would still advice him against quitting although my heart would probably not be in it.

My standard advice would be not to quit. If they want a break from SFI take a break. They don't have to be active. Take a VP Streak holiday and stop being active. If later on they want to reactivate their accounts, just simply login and start working again. If they take this option, I would keep up the contacts with them.

Remember, ones they opt out of SFI, you can no longer make contact with them and they are lost to SFI & you then.

From your question I deduct that you want to 'set and forget' your SFI business. If that is the case I am certain that your SFI business will not be a business for long.

The SFI business is a people business and cannot be automated. It cannot be put on autopilot. We deal with clients and affiliates who are people with human needs and wants. If these needs are not met, these people will simply leave SFI.

You may be able to pour money into your business and purchase PSAs in bulk on standing Orders etc, but you need to sponsor & coach them. If they do not hear from you they will soon leave. No one likes working in isolation and we all like being appreciated for the work we do. You do not want your PSAs feeling that they are just being used.

There are certain aspects of the business that you can in a limited way 'set and forget' such as SO, auto posting advertisements, PPCs, etc but you still need to monitor these and make adjustments as necessary.

No you cannot set your SFI business to run on autopilot.

I have so many challenges! How can I pick my greatest? I am also still working at overcoming most of them!

I think one of my greatest challenge is myself and this is work in progress.

I had never done any of this type of work before and I am also IT challenged. What's a Blog? gateway? landing page? how do I operate a website? etc..I had also been warned about affiliate programs, get rich quick schemes, pyramid schemes, scams etc.. So my view of online business were in the main negative.

I checked out some affiliates and other online programmes but I didn't like them. I googled SFI and although cautious, I liked what I found and decided to have a go. So really plucking up the courage to enroll in SFI was a challenge.

Once I became an affiliate, the next challenge was to get myself continually motivated
to login and do the work, the studies etc.. There was and still is a lot to learn.

I also had to cope with negative and nonchalant attitudes from some family members and friends. Cope with non active affiliates and team members who never respond to emails and messages. They are frustrating! I think most of us would have experienced these and more challenges.

How did I overcome them? I am still working at these and honestly, I fail regularly, but I am still trying. Yep I'm stubborn.

This is what I try to do:

- Set goals, print them out and put them on a place where I cant help but look at them daily. This goes towards self motivation.
- Work to a plan / calendar of what to do at each stage and each day
- Try whenever possible to follow the SFI Rules Of Success
- Look at the profiles of the more successful people in SFI, my sponsor and upline - read and learn from them. This is also another key to self motivation.
- Try to develop a routine ensuring that I login daily
- I also try to share my progress and success with my family and friends. Let them know how I am doing and that I am happy with it. This is real business and not just a hair brain. Happily, I am winning this battle and slowly winning their support.
- Regarding the non respondent affiliates, I have adopted the attitude that if they cannot see or don't want to take up this great opportunity, thats their loss. I keep them in the loop, but my focus is on those who are active and doing the work. Its amazing how the active and motivated team members also motivate their sponsor!

This is a challenging question as we are often so focused on the positives, on what they should be doing when they first join.

I believe that what they should not be doing in their first month is race through the training, the 'to-do-lists' and collect all their VPs simply to achieve EA level. They mistakenly think by quickly becoming an EA they will make big money.

I try to encourage them to understand that this is not a get rich quick scheme and to focus on the fact that the fist month is really the month of training and setting up their business and themselves for the future. They are not to skim over the training but to do it well and make sure they thoroughly understand the SFI Basics.

Some of them also try and learn every thing as quickly as possible and risk being overwhelmed by all the new information. Some can cope with that but as a matter of cause I warn all my new affiliates of the possibility of this happening. They are not to try and absorb all the new information as once - its a learning, growing process.

Other than these, I tell them that if they are able to, and depending on their ability to cope, to start looking at promoting TripleClicks and SFI. There is no need to be concerned or fearful about what prospects or new affiliates may ask of them. As their sponsor, I will help them.

This is not a simple question as it first appears. There are so many variables and of course all 'beginners' all have different strengths/weaknesses, likes and dislikes, and circumstances.

I believe that overall the best marketing method that all beginners can do is to tell all their family members of friends about SFI, TripleClicks, Auctions or whatever area of SFI they want to promote. Those who like auctions will naturally enthusiastically promote the auctions, shopping - TripleClicks products etc.. Its amazing the number of people we know and are comfortable talking with about many things, and why not SFI. The prospects because they know the affiliate will naturally listen to him/her and can sense the affiliates genuineness and passion for SFI.

Those affiliates who are too shy even to talk about the business with those they know can place ads anonymously on classified if they like.

I personally dont try to 'convince' anyone to try SFI.

Sure, I bring the subject of SFI up and tell them briefly about my business with SFI. I try to do this in an enthusiastic manner portraying the fact that I am very happy with SFI and firmly believe that it is my vehicle for financial success.

I suggest to them they they should have a look at it and if they are interested, they should join SFI. Whatever bad experience they've had with online business, they should put that aside and realise that the internet is where the future of businesses is. Big and small businesses now have online presence. Purchasing online is growing in leaps and bounds year after year especially in countries like UK, USA etc.. If they want to have a piece of this action, have a look at SFI. Check it out on the internet.

I ensure that they are aware: of SFI's trading history online internationally for over 15 years; the thousands of people who have joined SFI and joining everyday; its great and impeccable reputation as an online trader; the products and services available etc.

I emphasise the fact that joining SFI is completely FREE, the initial training is free, there is also free extra training available, there are no hidden costs or the need to upgrade. I tell them also that they can try out SFI and if it is not for them, they can leave free of any obligations.

I let the facts about SFI do the convincing for me.

I personally prefer PSAs but I also realise the great advantage of having CSAs.

With PSAs, you can really sponsor and develop them to grow your downline. Your financial benefits from their activities and those of their downlines are also greater than those of your CSAs. The duplication system is applicable to PSAs and to to CSAs. That is why I prefer to pursue PSAs.

CSAs on the other hand are normally greatly influenced by their own sponsors. You can also have an effect especially if the CSA does not get on well with his/her sponsor. Your financial benefits from their activities however are not as great as PSAs. You also do not benefit from the activities of the SCAs downline.

I am aware that some SFI business have invested hugely on CSAs and are doing well. For this to work they rely on the huge number of CSAs they have. These are obtained via monthly allocation and also by bidding at the auctions.

There is a huge number of things you can do to build you business without accessing the SFI site. I have listed some of those below. These are what I try to do myself.

- Go onto the internet and post ads promoting my business
- Place ads with local newspapers
- Make phone calls or answer emails following up on business leads
- Connect with my team and do some'sponsoring' by email/phone/skype etc..
- Go for a walk or drive and deliver/drop off those SFI/TripleClicks flyers I have printed
- Make offline connection with prospects. I'm still trying to recruit some ECAs!!
- Do some research online regarding business trends, what people are buying online, where are the markets, country, gender etc..
- Self improvement learning eg the different ways of advertising, business tools etc

Most of these are on my schedule of things to do but when I do not have access to the SFI website then they get more time spent on them than they would normally have.
