Hello Paul ...
here i am with my answer,
when i joined SFI, i immediately receive welcome letter and some tips, then i start surfing on SFI pages, and other stuff, when finally i learn that i need to login daily then i start working constantly and my sponsor was busy with others, later when she found that i am working consecutively without missing a day's VP then she decided to focus on me, and she start giving tips and guidance and she spent hours to chat with me at Gmail & SFI Chat.

Send your sponsor a message that he or she can not ignore!

Say that you want to move ahead as quickly as possible on a budget of $xxx per month and ask what your sponsor would do if he/she had that problem. Tell them you want to hear from them within the next 7 days. Sooner if possible. Call them if you have their phone number.

Things like that should enable them to be motivated enough to answer you within 24 hours.

If that does not work then contact the person

That's a question I have asked myself several times. I have
had two different sponsors since signing up with SFI in 2013
and neither of them ever responded to my emails after several attempts.

One suggestion would be to call your sponsor if they have a phone
number listed or another suggestion would be to send a letter
if they have provided their physical mailing address, other then that,
you can receive great support at the forum, your upline and Gery.

Hope

Hello Paul,

I am going to answer this from the Sponsor's point of view.

When I am notified that I have sponsored someone, or have received CSAs, I send each one a welcome e-card introducing myself and then I let them know how to get started. Later in the week I also send out a TeamMail to everyone in my downline (including PSAs & CSAs) that were sponsored by my team during the last week. This TeamMail gives them much more information about how SFI and TripleClicks works,

Simple!

Write him (her)!

And you can do so via TeamMail, SFI Chat (leave a message even if he (she) is not online) or email them at his (her) personal email address.

All of his (her) contact information is provided at https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Leadership?id=xxxxxxxx (your sponsor's SFI ID where the x's are.)

However, I would suggest that before you seek your sponsor's attention, enter the keywords of your particular issue that you need guidance

Note that the moment you signed in as an Affiliate, your are automatically linked to your Sponsor. Hence he is aware that have been signed in and would send you a welcome letter and he is able to monitor your activities. But if you to get him Sponsor to notice you and provide guidance, you have be active with regards to your performance in SFI. This is because if you are active, he will pay more attention to you and will be too willing to provide you the required guidance free of charge.

I have to say that if your Sponsor has not sent you any Correspondence up until now, my advice is that you are not going to want to get guidance from your Direct Sponsor. You will see from your Stream page if you go to the very bottom of that page you can Contact your Sponsor/Upline click on this and it will show you a whole list of people that are in your upline that you can get help from.

Identify yourself saying you are in their downline and have not received help from your Sponsor.

Your sponsor would've received a notice that you are now on their team and that should be their first clue to your existence. Maybe your sponsor missed your arrival on their team for some reason. (Let's be fair - they could've been on holiday and came back to a thousand mails and did not get to the notification yet,)

As soon as you join and you do anything to earn VP you would appear on their movers tab - that would be their second clue - but they still do not sit up and acknowledge you

Hey Paul;

Man I feel your pain on this one because I suffer from 'absentee sponsor syndrome' too.

Getting in touch with your sponsor is simple. Click their name up in the corner of your home page and scroll down to where it says 'send a team mail' or you could just send a regular email to them. But will the answer back if any help you? Mine really doesn't help at all. She is friendly enough and if I ask a direct question she does try to give a helpful reply but it's not

I would set out your question in great detail. Provide details of anything you have done so far and set out any problems you may be having.

If your Sponsor is one who is regularly in touch with you then you have no problems.

If your Sponsor is rarely in touch then only ask one question at a time. Don’t bombard them with lots of questions and demands. That possibly is all you need do.

In your communication with them, set out your goals
