Hello Paul ...
here i am with my answer,
when i joined SFI, i immediately receive welcome letter and some tips, then i start surfing on SFI pages, and other stuff, when finally i learn that i need to login daily then i start working constantly and my sponsor was busy with others, later when she found that i am working consecutively without missing a day's VP then she decided to focus on me, and she start giving tips and guidance and she spent hours to chat with me at Gmail & SFI Chat.
i means it is my (PSA) performance because of which my sponsor notice me and start spend her time with me till i achieve goals and success, i still need to go some long but i hope that one day my Sponsor will proud on me.

Send your sponsor a message that he or she can not ignore!
Say that you want to move ahead as quickly as possible on a budget of $xxx per month and ask what your sponsor would do if he/she had that problem. Tell them you want to hear from them within the next 7 days. Sooner if possible. Call them if you have their phone number.
Things like that should enable them to be motivated enough to answer you within 24 hours.
If that does not work then contact the person up-line from them with the same message.
As a last resort find someone from your area who is doing better than you are and ask them what you should do.
Send a support ticket to admin as a final resort and complain that a specific person with their affiliate number is not responding to your requests for help.

That's a question I have asked myself several times. I have
had two different sponsors since signing up with SFI in 2013
and neither of them ever responded to my emails after several attempts.
One suggestion would be to call your sponsor if they have a phone
number listed or another suggestion would be to send a letter
if they have provided their physical mailing address, other then that,
you can receive great support at the forum, your upline and Gery.
Hope this helps you to see that you aren't alone. You really don't need a
sponsor with all the help available elsewhere.

I am going to answer this from the Sponsor's point of view.
When I am notified that I have sponsored someone, or have received CSAs, I send each one a welcome e-card introducing myself and then I let them know how to get started. Later in the week I also send out a TeamMail to everyone in my downline (including PSAs & CSAs) that were sponsored by my team during the last week. This TeamMail gives them much more information about how SFI and TripleClicks works, and the commitment and motivation they need to bring to the table to make a success of this business.
In all of this I let them know how best to contact me if they have questions. They rarely do contact me. I answer everyone who does.
If your sponsor has not already contacted you, you are probably way ahead of that person in the business of SFI. They may also not speak your language and that may be a barrier to them. We all do with SFI according to our abilities and motivation. Fortunately, your success is not dependent on your sponsor. Just turn around and be the great sponsor you wish he was.

And you can do so via TeamMail, SFI Chat (leave a message even if he (she) is not online) or email them at his (her) personal email address.
All of his (her) contact information is provided at https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Leadership?id=xxxxxxxx (your sponsor's SFI ID where the x's are.)
However, I would suggest that before you seek your sponsor's attention, enter the keywords of your particular issue that you need guidance on in the search box at the top of your page and see what comes up.
Chances are that there's something in the Forum or in 'Ask SC' that will help you and could also inform any discussion that you may have later on with your Sponsor.
Note that the moment you signed in as an Affiliate, your are automatically linked to your Sponsor. Hence he is aware that have been signed in and would send you a welcome letter and he is able to monitor your activities. But if you to get him Sponsor to notice you and provide guidance, you have be active with regards to your performance in SFI. This is because if you are active, he will pay more attention to you and will be too willing to provide you the required guidance free of charge.
To be active, you have to ensure that you login daily to complete your To Do List to earn your VPs, participate in TripleClicks activities - play games to win prizes, bid at the auction to win and purchase items at lower prices than the market value, place standing order and purchase items at the store to earn commissions and ensure that you qualify as an EA monthly or to maintain your rank. Sponsor Affiliates and teach them to do what you are doing i.e. duplication. Your Sponsor will definitely notice the progress you are making and he cannot afford to ignore you because your success is his success. Like it is said "You Work with the Workers". You do not have to enforce it, it will happen or come naturally.
Invariably, much depends on you. Heaven helps those who help themselves.
Wish you success.

I have to say that if your Sponsor has not sent you any Correspondence up until now, my advice is that you are not going to want to get guidance from your Direct Sponsor. You will see from your Stream page if you go to the very bottom of that page you can Contact your Sponsor/Upline click on this and it will show you a whole list of people that are in your upline that you can get help from.
Identify yourself saying you are in their downline and have not received help from your Sponsor. There may be a list of reasons that your Sponsor has not contacted you but if you are motivated enough right now then you are best to go up where the advice is going to be beneficial to your growth with SFI. Keep reading and doing your to-do-list and getting your Versa Points you are on the right track. By the way if you are doing this you are on your Sponsor's Movers list, another reason that he/she should be making contact with you.

Your sponsor would've received a notice that you are now on their team and that should be their first clue to your existence. Maybe your sponsor missed your arrival on their team for some reason. (Let's be fair - they could've been on holiday and came back to a thousand mails and did not get to the notification yet,)
As soon as you join and you do anything to earn VP you would appear on their movers tab - that would be their second clue - but they still do not sit up and acknowledge you (this is very bad but don't take out the club and hit them over the head yet)
Now you can click on their name and go and send them an e-mail or a message on their leadership page. Introduce yourself and ask them to help you.
Once you tried all of these you can log a ticket - maybe support knows something you don't. You can do a post on stream and ask your sponsor by name to help you. (this is actually name and shame because now everybody will know your sponsor is useless)
The best advice I can give you - do your thing and build your business without your sponsor. Ask questions at the forum, read, read and read some more and learn all you need to know. The only thing that bothers me when you are successful without help of your sponsor is that you are generating income for him or her as well - income they do not deserve.
As a last remark I would hope we do not have sponsors like that here.

Man I feel your pain on this one because I suffer from 'absentee sponsor syndrome' too.
Getting in touch with your sponsor is simple. Click their name up in the corner of your home page and scroll down to where it says 'send a team mail' or you could just send a regular email to them. But will the answer back if any help you? Mine really doesn't help at all. She is friendly enough and if I ask a direct question she does try to give a helpful reply but it's not so helpful to me. I've learned to simply go it on my own.
Rather than just winging it by yourself as I mostly do, you could try checking the forums for the info you seek. Another avenue you might try is to contact your sponsor's sponsor for the help you want/need. The A2A program is also designed with this type of situation in mind. You can look for someone that seems communicative, knowledgeable and helpful and seek to befriend them.
Alas, in between the real go-getters like you and I, and the inactives/tire-kickers, there are those who sort-of participate and who will ultimately ride along on our coat-tails but what can we do? Our sponsors brought us into the fold and gave us the wonderful opportunity of SFI so like parents - albeit sometimes marginal ones, we still have to love them.

I would set out your question in great detail. Provide details of anything you have done so far and set out any problems you may be having.
If your Sponsor is one who is regularly in touch with you then you have no problems.
If your Sponsor is rarely in touch then only ask one question at a time. Don’t bombard them with lots of questions and demands. That possibly is all you need do.
In your communication with them, set out your goals and what you aim to achieve. Advise them of your Standing Order and how it may change from month to month. Also advise them how you go about getting your PSAs.
After you have provided your goals and ongoing plans for your business, then this is the time to ask a question. At the foot of your communication, provide your private email address for them to get in touch with you.
Hopefully, this will start a great communication between yourself and your Sponsor.
