What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

Track their activity, use SFI IM or email chat to know their goals, you need to know their interest so that you can give them passion to stay active, when i joined SFI, i just take a great start but next month i realize that it is not about Daily Actions but several other actions are needed, during my two years in SFI, i almost everyday chat with my Team Leader to learn and understand her about my goals and about my positions, since then she support me well and i maintain my position. don't ignore your new affiliates just catch them and start a chat with them to learn about their interests.

What is the best strategy for attracting younger people (age 21 - 35) to become active SFI affiliates?

This Age Group is very attractive as most of them finished their education at this age and then seeking for job, but mostly they have no money and they involved in marriage ... i means this period is very busy period of their life, very few pay attention and eagerly seeking sources to earn, so if you go them with brilliant ideas, and tricks to earn then this group is wonderful.
I want to do local training for my affiliates. How do I get them to come to my training sessions?

for local training i guess invitation on some place for training is full with expenses, if you have good wealth then you can organize a public gathering for SFI Introduction / Training, but if you are not wealthy then better go to Skype or any other platform that can give you easy links on cheap rates, we are nowadays live in SMART PHONE era and at least everyone has a Smart Phone that can provide opportunity to talk everyone on Skype.
Save money for your future with advanced technology and train your team.

My Answer is only "READING".
SFI is providing all information to all affiliates (Experienced / Non Experienced), now it is up to new comers to read material so they could learn everything, Marketing tact, and other powerful tools, if they ignore reading then it is responsibility of Leaders to tell them about reading, when i was new, i have read material and then learn that what i need to achieve my goals. i am the one of very active team member of my Leader and that's why she pay attention on me and immediately give me guidance. My Leader is great who teaches me good enough.

if you approach them to spend money that doesn't mean you are greedy, if they will purchase from Triple Clicks Store they will also receive VP and MRP that can put them in profitable condition, that is a fact that if the do this you will too have benefits but it is not called "Greediness". according to SFI & training stuff "Sale and Purchase" are the BASIC BASE of their business, they must learn this without asking because everything is open here.

Translation is a very good tool to talk with other nationals, but could you improve your english, it is most universal language and can be use any part of the world, SFI also provides translation tool, and if you can't do this there then first write your text into your own browser then copy and paste it into Google Translate then copy translated text and paste it into SFI Instant Messaging box. it will raise your knowledge about other languages and will help you in future too.

here i am with my answer,
when i joined SFI, i immediately receive welcome letter and some tips, then i start surfing on SFI pages, and other stuff, when finally i learn that i need to login daily then i start working constantly and my sponsor was busy with others, later when she found that i am working consecutively without missing a day's VP then she decided to focus on me, and she start giving tips and guidance and she spent hours to chat with me at Gmail & SFI Chat.
i means it is my (PSA) performance because of which my sponsor notice me and start spend her time with me till i achieve goals and success, i still need to go some long but i hope that one day my Sponsor will proud on me.
I love my leader <3

there are no tips to win Card King, Using first highest or lowest card can give you a better score only, but winning is about your luck, you could fail when you thing next card could be higher but it come in lowest ...

Simply when you became EA just after first month or reached 1500 VP then the same is not exist for any other person in next month, next month you need to invest or purchase TC Products with at least 1200 VP rest you can get from daily actions.
this may happen only when Team Leaders forget to deliver such information to their downline, Tripleclicks also not accept orders from asian countries like pakistan, a little from India too.
if you seriously check Growth tab then you will learn that INDIA is first place of daily Signups and Pakistan is at 3rd or 4th Place then you can get that why most affiliates are limited to TO-DO_LIST. this one is a very serious situation for SFI & Tripleclicks.

SFI is about time, time you will invest in SFI will grow your knowledge, knowledge will turn you as a BEST TEAM LEADER, and when you became a best team leader then you will be able to build a Profitable business.
invest time in SFI as much as you can, but it doesn't mean that you have to ignore your daily routine life and important family tasks. i personally spent at least 8 to 10 hours surfing / reading contents at SFI and Ask SC to increase my knowledge to build a profitable business.
