The moment we join SFI we become part of a great team.

The nearest member of the team is our sponsor, whose greeting message we get in the course of registration.
When we have done all initial steps and when we get our online office we embarking on the adventure of reading, learning and working.

A good sponsor will contact new members and help him to find his way in a new environment.
He will give the right guidance on what and how to do the first time and what later when the member understands the essence.
He will be there when you need help or suggestion.

The rest is up to you ...
If you apply the information you got from the sponsor at the start, you go on the road to your own success, and everything you do - you're doing primarily for yourselves (though one part of the well-being of your work belongs to your sponsor - still, you not working for him, than for yourself)

If you are doing regular daily, weekly and monthly tasks, if you play regular T-time, and other games, if you participate in the auction, if you become a Fast Track member, if you set the SO and create a blog, if you have started to bring new members, If you are active on the forum, ... - your sponsor will see all on your VP Ledger and certainly will not ignore, but will boast all you have done, will provide even greater support and will certainly reward you and all that you have achieved.

SFI is based on teamwork and if you come to working - then there is no fear that you will remain unnoticed by their sponsors.

As I read this question, I can see 2 ways of answering. In the positive sense, a good sponsor looks for those PSAs who log in every day and gain action VPs. The sales VPs are good too, but the action VPs let me know that my PSA is doing more than just buying and selling stuff. Those are the PSAs that I try to monitor closely in case they have questions about anything or if they need encouragement as they try to immerse themselves in the system.

In the negative sense, if a sponsor is neglecting you, there is not much you can do about a "dead-beat" sponsor. However, you can make sure they receive a negative rating every month when you rate your sponsor. The good part is that you can make comments with your rating so your sponsor can understand why you gave a low rating.

Other than that, you can always visit the forum for guidance. I have helped many affiliates as well as received good advice from visiting the different threads. Along with the forum, you do have a co-sponsor who should be able to help. I know that my co-sponsor has been extremely helpful to me and I try my best to be helpful to others as their sponsor/co-sponsor.

I would start by contacting my sponsor and co-sponsor to let them know your ready to go and ask them for help or guidance, I do this even though they've contacted you with a welcome letter.
I'm positive your sponsor will love to hear from you.
When I started a year ago, to me it didn't seem my sponsor was motivated because I saw his activity in his badges, I had more than my sponsor.
But today he's back on track and we both contact each other regularly.
It's team work and motivation.

The best start is the MOVERS tab on your Things To Do list. This is where I see all my team members who are active come up automatically (depending on their log in statistics). If you would like your sponsor to notice you, this is the place to be in. This means being active daily but if you log in and do make any points, you will be left out of this important Movers' Tab. So make sure that you make points whenever you log in.

I am tempted to always send out an e-card to my team members encouraging them to continue moving forward and congratulating them for their achievements, however small they may be. As a Sponsor, this is where I notice my workers!

When you post in the Forum, your Sponsor will notice you and comment on your participation. In addition, you must also take an assertive approach and communicate with your Sponsor - this is the best way you will be noticed by your Sponsor.

Alternatively, the Genealogy is where you would be listed but as the team expands and there are so many affiliates joining in, CSAs and PSAs can total upto thousands. A filter in the system will come up with all the movers in my team and as a Sponsor, I will still look for the active affiliates.

First of all, If your sponsor is very much active on his/her business the very moment he/she received an email from sfi notifying him/her about you on her down line/Team, she/he will notice YOU immediately and even contact you once she'/he's online.

And on your part,sending him/her an email about your eagerness and willingness to learn and start on your business Will help. And I'm sure,he/she will be so happy... let's say it's every Team Leader dream come true to have an active team member!
And he/she will NOT waste time contacting you.

Having said all of the things above... what if...IF your sponsor is not active or not responding to your emails...
Do Not worry, every affiliate have numbers of UPLINES, whom you can contact anytime and more than willing to help you succeed in your business.

I am very blessed because my sponsor is Awesome but I realize that not all sponsors are as supportive and helpful as mine. Because I have learned from his example, I try to follow in his footsteps.
The best way to get noticed is to show up on his/her mover's list! It shows that you are interested in SFI and want to be a success. If you still haven't heard from them, send them an e-mail with your contact information and ask for their help. If you don't get a reply, contact your co-sponsor. If you still haven't received a reply from either one, take your problem to the forum because there is always experienced affliliates who will help you!
Please don't be discouraged if your sponsor doesn't offer the help you need because it may take a little longer to process the information but SFI is set up so that your success depends on you. You can learn everything you need without a good sponsor and one valuable lesson you will learn is to be a good sponsor to your own team!

Hi Paul, the first thing every SFI Sponser do after recieving a new PSA is to wellcome you and offers you his / her support. When you are active by login every day and complete the To-Do List, your Sponser, if herself / himself is active, will notice you on their Movers Tab. If you are the only one or the most active in their Team, you will always be on top (Nr. one) and this make a Sponser happy and want or do give you any support affordable. If you reach EA, your Sponser sends you a congratulations message. If you maintain your EA every month, a good Sponser will give you rewards by reassigning you some PSAs, give you gift cards, join you in their Co-op Manager program if they have one or even sends you some TCredits to support you reach the next level. A awesome Sponser will continually stay in contact with you weekly through PSA Mailer or even now and then direct Mail.
If you are active and serious in business PSA, it will be unthinkable that your Sponser not notice you. At the same time, don´t forget that it is your business and not your Sponsers so, don´t expect too much or anything from your Upline.
If you are not active, not serious and don´t login every day, you cannot expect at all any feedback from your Sponser!

Here are a few more ideas for getting your sponsor to notice you and provide you guidance.

Make sure you're visible – Spend a few minutes every day connecting with your sponsor in e-mail or team mail or through Facebook if he has.

A simple greeting of hello can help tremendously. Also, try to speak to him through your cellphone from time to time, or sending emails or instant messages.

Praise – If you have a colleague who works as hard as you, then praise the person to your sponsor. Be specific, and sincere, about what the person is doing.

Stay updated on your business – Read SFI newsletters or other relevant materials that keep you up-to-date on training materials,aids and technology.

Be a leader. If you are new to earning income via internet and direct marketing then research and learn how to do it and do it well. There are also lots of tools here at SFI to help you. Read, study and implement the lesson plans.

Send messages to ALL your upline letting them know you are a leader and want to learn how to do the best job you can. You can purchase eBooks here at TripleClicks that will help you and give you VP at the same time. Check out the reviews of the books before you purchase to find out which ones are the best. Check out the forums and ask questions there too. The only question that is dumb is the one never asked that might make the difference between your success or your failure.

Earn all the VP you can so you show up high on your upline's 'Movers' VP daily To-Do-List. They will see you and contact you to congratulate you.

Don't forget to notice your own downlines and provide them with guidance too. The Universe rewards every action.

Ordinarily, once you login to your homepage and earn as little as 1 VersaPoint per day you will appear on your sponsor's movers tab.

However, if you earn considerable VersaPoints or may be the highest among other active affiliates that your sponsor has. You will appear at the top of his or her movers tab.

Obviously, your sponsor will notice you and if you are active the chances are that your sponsor will find you online and may be chat with you.

All these will depend if you have an active sponsor.
