What are the best habits to develop to ensure that your SFI business continually grows?

Well, in simple terms:
1. Visit your SFI Homepage everyday to perform your daily tasks and to be continually updated.
2. Continue to sponsor new affiliates until you find your first line leaders. This is because inactivity in the system is very high.
3. Make sure to send a welcome letter when you get a notification of new sign ups.
4. Follow up weekly on your members by sending team mail.
5. Review the training on your Homepage monthly.

Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

Sponsoring SFI affiliates and referring TripleClicks members are both great, however, it is better to sponsor SFI affiliates for the following reasons:
1. You will earn 45% commission on all their purchases.
2. When they become EA2, you will earn 100 Action Versapoints. 150 for BTL, 200 for STL 250 for GTL and 300 for PTL
3. If you become a Team leaders you will earn Matching Versapoints on your PSAs to the 12th Generation. That is, if you become a Platinum Team Leader.
Finally, sponsoring SFI affiliates is a lot easier, you can win PSAs on Pricebenders Auctions, you can buy PSAs from PSA-TO GO or other ECAs and S-Builder Coop.

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

There are so many reasons why affiliates are inactive in SFI, so when an affiliate return to SFI, you should as a matter of urgency welcome them back. It is an answer to your prayers and it also shows that such affiliates have been reading your team mails or something else brought the spark again.
Congratulate him/her and send a welcome E-card. Update the affiliate with the latest news SFI and let them know that it would be in their best interest to remain active henceforth.
Add few tips on what such affiliate should be doing to remain active.

How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

It's very easy, just encourage them to sponsor more and more affiliates and duplicate. Then you recommend PSA TO GO, S-Builder and few TCredits to bid for more PSAs at the Pricebenders Auctions.
Work out a cost effective combination that will give at least 1500 VP.
Here, the emphasis should be on sponsoring and duplication not EA qualification.

Ordinarily, once you login to your homepage and earn as little as 1 VersaPoint per day you will appear on your sponsor's movers tab.
However, if you earn considerable VersaPoints or may be the highest among other active affiliates that your sponsor has. You will appear at the top of his or her movers tab.
Obviously, your sponsor will notice you and if you are active the chances are that your sponsor will find you online and may be chat with you.
All these will depend if you have an active sponsor.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

It's a good thing that you have ambitious PSAs.
You should encourage any of your PSA that wants to become Team Leader right away. I don't see anything wrong with that, in fact new affiliates need all the encouragement they can get. The word "Discouragement" in any form should be deleted from your dictionary.
I attained Silver Team Leader in my first month with SFI, the second month I dropped to Bronze Team Leader but right now I am an EA2. With this experience I have been able to learn how Matching Versapoints works and the earning potentials. I also got my $10 Bronze bonus and a shares of second home CSAs for two months.
Bottom line, encourage those PSAs that want to become TL right away but take your time to explain to them the benefits, requirements and responsibilities. It is better to aim for the TL and end up as EA2 rather than to aim for EA and end up as inactive affiliates.

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

Well it depends on the individual affiliate's need, personally I use my MRPs most times to purchase 1 single TCredit @ 126 MRPs and earn 102 VersaPoints when I need the points for EA qualification.
However, the MRPs can also be used to checkout items at the Tripleclicks store as reward for participating in those activities that earned you the MRP.

The best way to maintain your SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability is to have a Standing order for 125 TCredits which will guarantee your EA status every month. You can also add the S-Builder Coop to your Standing Order if can also afford it. The will enable you to keep sponsoring new affiliates even while you are on vacation.
You can also support your team by sending the weekly team mails with the limited internet connection.

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?

When a person joins SFI there are lots of things to do like completing the Getting Started actions but one of the most important thing to do is to undertake all the available trainings because knowledge is key. Starting from the SFI Basics, LAUNCHPAD, ASK SC, Rules of Success, Internet Lessons and the Forum.
The next thing is to focus on Sponsoring and duplication. If Affiliates can get their 5 active PSAs early enough, they will have money to set up Standing Orders (SO)for as EA qualification.
Many affiliates suddenly become inactive after spending money on SO without making anything reasonable. Focus on making money.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

There is nothing wrong in qualifying as a Team Leader so quickly.
However, you should let your PSAs know that leadership also comes with responsibility and they must commit themselves to learning.
They need knowledge to lead others and let them also know that they need to sponsor enough active EA2 and above to maintain the leadership position
