A sponsor gets an affiliate in any one of the following ways:
a) By personally sponsoring
b) By allotment through SFI by winning through Pricebenders auction and
c)By way of purchase.
d) Allotment through S coop. I am aware of these methods only
When an any affiliate joins the SFI, he has to fulfill certain formalities like registration, white-listing of mails of SFI, Sponsor, Co-sponsor etc,filling up of the Affiliate Proforma, Commitment message to Sponsor & others. An important stage this is because, it gives an opportunity to an . affiliate to fall in the eyes of his sponsor.While white-listing of mails, he allows his mail address to be in the knowledge of Sponsor. Co-sponsor, colleagues and even his junior affiliate members. He has no reservations to be known fully among his superiors, colleagues and subordinates/Juniors. This gives an idea to his sponsor that the affiliate is highly liberal/flexible and not reserved.When he says he wants to achieve certain magnificient objectives, he attracts the attention of sponsor, because the higher are your objectives, the more you are hard-working, committed and sincere in your efforts. This higher level of ambition is reflected in his commitment message to his sponsor where he says:"I am prepared to learn whatever you teach and I am ready to implement all that in order to achieve my Goal". The open-mindedness, frank nature and humility are all made transparent when seen by the sponsor. This is the first stage or stage of entry of the Affiliate to SFI.
In the next stage, the affiliate when commences the work, he is never satisfied with what is given in Basics, Launchpad lessons or the Starting Video. He raises so many questions and will not leave the sponsor till he gets a satisfactory answer for the questions he raised. This gives the sponsor immense satisfaction at the same time he positions himself appropriately to face the Affiliate cautiously.This is the second stage when the affiliate attracts the attention of his sponsor and notices the affiliate.
As and when the time passes on, the affiliate will be moving faster and faster and becomes a Fast track and Executive Affiliate. This is a crucial stage both for the Affiliate as it is a turning point for him and for the sponsor as he has a rough diamond in his hands. How to remove the angularities in the personality/approach of the Affiliate and turn him to a fine, shining and sophisticated diamond is within the scope of the Sponsor. As he is aware of the nature of the Affiliate, he needs to be introduced to the Library (to get full theoretical knowledge), Training Programs (where he satiates his thirst of knowledge by exposing himself to the different areas of the SFI business) and may even choose one or two areas where he may likely specialize in the days to come. The sponsor can easily perceive the performance of the Affiliate by seeing the daily visit of the Affiliate to the home-page. The Affiliate is slowly introduced to the S.C.questions and Answers which is one area where he gets answers to all the lingering doubts. He is next introduced to the FORUM where all precious stones shining brilliantly and answering various questions relating to a variety of practically oriented problems and the suggested solutions thereof. At the same time he is needed to suggested that 'all work and no play'is also not good like "All Play and no work'. He needs to be explained what are the different games available, their purpose, significance and the benefits accrued (from view point of the Affiliate) so that the Affiliate will find the SFI is a conglomerate of not only very tough & hard work with consistency, regularity & perseverance, but also great fun and frolic.
A word of caution for the Sponsors: Where the sponsors are trying to identify the Affiliate whether by his daily performance, or in the Movers list or the badges being conferred on the Affiliates, the Affiliates of super performance are all super sensitive. Hence they are needed to be handled "Glass with Care", for a single faux paus at any stage by the sponsor (what is that wrong step I do not want to go in to details at this stage as you are all well aware) will result in a loss of a real Diamond for the Sponsor as also the organization SFI.
I deliberately answered the question keeping Affiliate getting noticed and the action points to be followed by Sponsor simultaneously. The question involves his getting noticed and being guided.
