I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

Leading by example simply means showing them how to do it since if you want to teach someone how to fish you must take him to the river and show him how it is done.
For my team, I do tell them that " happiness depends not upon things around me, but on my attitude. Everything in life will depend on my attitude."
I show them what make this business worth it, where I started from, where I am and where am going through my leadership page.
I tell them to take time off to study the many awesome leadership and marketing materials here at SFI and to try as much not to miss anyday in this wonderful business of theirs.
I try as much to tell them to invest in their SFI business if they want to get to their goals early enough.
But sadly, many never reply and many still want someone who'll keep on logging in and do the business for which they'll get paid for them.
This is what I've seen under this heaven.

What are the best ways to set up proper communications with my new PSAs?

In my opinion, the best way to do this are:
1:- When they sign up be sure their email is active and contact them with a welcome message immediately.
2:- Make use of the genealogy filter weekly to commend, encourage and guide them.
3:- At least twice in a week you must contact them via their mail and sfimg.
4:- Be sure to read SFI awesome sponsor package and duplication rules and be sure to follow these.
Above all setting up proper communication with ones new PSA is best done by following the stipulated how to of SFI.

What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?

Thanks for this question since many of us keep wondering why our team members are inactive.
For me, many of my PSA are struggling with investing their time and money, they think any time given to this with money spent may be a waste.
So in addressing these I do the following:
1: I tell them that any thing that will succeed need quality and quantity time.
2: Any one who do not send money on errand should not expect any return or growth at whatever they do.
3: I wouldn't be here as their sponsor if I haven't devote my time and invest in my business.
4: If they don't devote time and money how will they build their own team and tackle same if it occur in their team.
For my CSA, I am still at a loss as to what they are struggling with since none as ever acknowledge nor respond to my mail to them, until they do so, my fingers are still crossed.

What are the best ways to encourage my downline members to participate in Pricebenders auctions?

Hi,
To make participating in price bender auction attractive to your downlines, you need to do the following:
1 Be an active bidder yourself and let your downline know this.
2 Always share with your downline whenever you win a price bender auction and let them know what you do to win it.
3 Let them know they are not losing their TCredits when they bid but are converting it to MRPs which can still be use for purchase of products at TripleClicks
4 Tell them of the many benefits that await them when they bid on any producton auction , such as bid and spin where they can win free PSAs, flash draw where they can win free TCredits and so on.
Ultimately, making price bender auction attractive to your downline depends on many factors but, if they know you have won an auction, they will try their hands at it too.

Hi,
Promoting the new Eager Zebra game: Uber picks should not be a difficult thing at all since sport is like a religion all over the world.
To promote these games, I will do the following;
1 :- I will make use of game's gateway on the social media so that all sport lovers can see and participate.
2 :- I will use the challenge a friend gateway to attract my friends to play it and see for themselves.
3 :- I will proceed to tell prospective PRM by word of mouth the beauty of the game.
4 :- I will direct my teams ( PSA and CSA) to my leadership page to see the beautiful premier player badge and to start playing the game to get theirs

How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

The frequency of contact depends on the availability of the CSA as well as the established chain of communication that is existing on ground. It may vary from once a week to more than seven times or even on a daily basis.
As to ways of communicating with the CSA, it is advisable to make use of all the available media or means of communication;
If the CSA is from your country call him or her, this will make them feel secure that their co-sponsor is a real person and not just a picture.

In welcoming new PSA, the tips to give them should be about the following:
1 The importance of the daily launchpad for the first 30 days which contain the information needed to succeed at their new business.
2 The importance of white listing all the uplines mail contact for future reference.
3 The fact that this is not a get rich quick business but that it require work from them as well as teamwork.
4 The fact that here duplication is the name of a successful business.
5 That they need to go through the getting started package.
6 The importance of fast track and the numerous benefits therein.
7 The fact that he or she should get in touch with me anytime they are confuse about anything in this business.
All this and more do I give them without overwhelming them in my welcome message to them

As the saying goes " the only thing that is constant in life is change ".
Being an SFI Affiliates will ultimately transform your life if you devote your time, effort, money and so on to it since it is your own business:
First, you will have access to ready made solution to any problem at any time.
Second, you build an international circle of friends around you whom you can contact anytime anyday.
Third, you build for yourself a residual means of unending income which allows you to live your dreams.
Lastly, being an affiliate here at SFI will not only change your way of thinking, it will change all around you since they will ultimately ask you to show them the way.

For building my business, what is the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on?

In building a successful business at SFI, spending ones TCredits depends a lot on the interest of the one spending the Tcredit and what he or she stands to gain from such spending.
In my own case, I usually considered the following before spending my Tcredits:
- Will I get AVP for this Tcredit am about to spend?
- Will I earn any MRP if I spend this Tcredit?
remember some items can be bought with MRP.
- Will spending this Tcredit help me build a residual PSA over time?
Having considered all the above questions and others points not writing here, I mostly spend my TCredits on Tripleclicks auctions which not only gives me all the aforementioned but also gives me chances of winning useful items at a very outrageously low prices.
