I consider SFI as being the only online company that is well constructed and well organized and I firmly believed that it is only in our SFI homepage itself, I consider the best place to get answers about SFI.

Certainly, SFI do offers a lot of ways to get answers:-

1. You may directly send your query to SFI President, Mr. Geri who would definitely provide you the best answer.
2. Through SFI 24/7 Support Desk.
3. From your uplines.
4. Post your query on the Forum and surely you will be getting valuable replies.
5. Submit your question to Ask SC and a lot of of fellow affiliates will surely contribute their opinion or suggestions.
6. Your a2a friends.
7. Do not forget to consider your TEAM members too.

For me the question could be relating to three different groups of people; a prospect enquiring, a new affiliate wanting to know what he/she has got herself/himself into or a seasoned affiliate wanting to dig more into it. With that in mind I would say that the best places to get answers about SFI are:

1. Someone who is very much involved as a SFI Affiliate, could give a prospect some basic answers about SFI. The best way to do this is face to face communication if the prospect is asking the question face to face, otherwise you could use other means of communications that the enquirer is using.

2. For a new affiliate who wants to know what he/she has got herself/himself into, the places for answers are to start where SFI laid down such as the START (www.sfimg.com/START) for basic instructions, SFI BASICS (www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics) for things you need to know and do, and the LAUNCHPAD (www.sfimg.com/LAUNCHPAD) for various lessons. These three places are so vital as a good and solid foundation, and places to come back to as often as you need to for answers, reminders and refreshing.

3. For both new and those not so new, but been affiliates for sometime already, other places where you can go for answers are your sponsor/upline/team leader, but some may not be available when you need them, so this may sometime not be a best place.

SFI Support Desk/24-Hour Knowledge Base (www.sfimg.com/Support) is another place where you could get instant answers. You could also send a ticket to Support incase you don't get instant answer from the Knowledge Base. This means you have to wait few hours or days to get answers because of the Ticket System. This may not be a best place if you need quick answer.

The Forum, SFI's discussions spot (www.sfimg.com/FORUM) is another place where you could get answers about SFI. It's an active place with active, friendly, happy, willing people ready to help at anytime. This is one of the best places to find answers.

The A2A, your chosen friends within the SFI community is another place where you could get answers about SFI.

The Training Library at the SFI Affiliate Centre (www.sfimg.com/Training) is yet another place to find answers about SFI.

The SFI Sitemap a shortcut page at SFI Affiliate Centre (www.sfimg.com/Sitemap) is another place to look for answers about SFI.

The ASK SC could be another place to get answers about SFI.

The best places where to get answers about SFI are all the above.

The best ways to get answers about SFI is to follow SFI's laid down ways of doing things:

Before I can refer you to any best place where you can get answers about SFI I highly recommend that any affiliate before starting anywhere in SFI website should start to click these buttons, which are found next to your photo on top. These are buttons are: START, SFI BASICS, LAUNCHPAD The information found in these three buttons is so important and should be learned thoroughly without any rush.

Let's move on, having read all the information in those three links above and still having questions about SFI, your Sponsor is the first person I consider to consult concerning any questions about SFI. Should it happen that you are not satisfied or not getting any assistance from your Sponsor, it does not end there, you've got your upline. Your upline also consist of great team leaders who are knowledgeable with SFI.

Another source of knowledge is found in the Forum in the Affiliate Centre. It's a good idea to visit Affiliate Centre everyday and head to Forum to learn about almost everything about SFI. It is in the Forum where you can ask your question and get answers from Forum Gurus, fellow SFI Affiliates and from Sir Gery.

To be an a2a member is also important to assist one another about SFI. You can also invite friends from your own country to discuss any issues that your might have.

Another valuable source of information is ASK SC. Visit ASK SC everyday and vote for answers while you are gaining knowledge at the same time. When you are an EA2 and above you can also ask your own question and get best answers from SFI affiliates.

The best place to find any information about SFI is SFI itself, in the Affiliate Center. To be precise, on your own Home Page.

At the top of the page just under your profile picture you’ll find three buttons:
Grey - Start
Blue - SFI Basics
Green- Launchpad
This is where you get the program simplified.

Just below this you find a row of black buttons. This is where you find all the ins and outs of SFI, links to all your pages and Hot-spots, how you get paid, the marketing center, training and tools.

Next is a row of red tabs. This is a step by step method of working in SFI, simplified for us by SFI. Here you find Alerts, News and Forum Posts, Tips, Stream Posts, A2A and ASK SC. These are the most important information pages that you’ll ever find on any Affiliate network.

The best one for me is ASK SC. I've learned more from ASK SC than from any other source in SFI. Just review and rate all the answers and when you are more familiar with the system, answer some of the questions yourself. If your answer is voted top, second or third to tenth you also get very valuable VP for that. I've had some top answers myself and it helped me to qualify as Team Leader in previous months.

Hello Alvin,
The best places to have questions asked/answered would be with your sponsor/co-sponsor, you can find them under the support tab, under sponsor. You can access your upline team as well....look under the support tab and click on your upline, you will have a multitude of affiliates to choose from to send a question to.
Ask AC has really good questions and answers, read through them all each day to gain valuable knowledge, or submit your own questions to have answered.
If you need help with a tech type question, submit a support ticket.
You can message your A2A friends with questions you may have and they are great at helping you out.
The best place to get immediate questions answered though in my opinion is the forum. Here all of our affiliates and even Gery Carson, has an opportunity to weigh in on the subject up for discussion...it is truly our most valuable tool here at SFI in my opinion for support.

There are 2 very easy and important ways to gain answers and knowledge about SFI.

The first is from the SFI web site itself. There is a mountain of information available throughout the site, right from the very first day of starting. When you join there are all the Launchpad Emails and Getting Started training. Simply read all the emails and follow the Getting Started links and these will give you the very basic understandings of how SFI works and what you need to do on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly and ongoing basis to increase your VP, advance through the ranks, and of course run a successful SFI business. Each day click on a new tab and follow the links to a massive amount of training, try and learn something new each day. I have been a member since October 2013 and I am still learning, so take advantage of the vast resources available to you as an affiliate throughout the web site. We are so lucky to be part of such an amazing affiliate platform that actually pays you as you learn, I don't know of any other sites that do this. The beauty of this is that you don't have to be an expert and know everything from day one to succeed, you can slowly build your SFI business as your knowledge grows, and your team grows around you. One of the best avenues for knowledge within the SFI web site is the Forum. There are hundreds of questions asked in there on every topic imaginable, and these questions are answered by experienced affiliates, so amongst all the answers is a bundle of information to form part of your training and increasing your knowledge base about SFI.

The second avenue, and equally as important, is from your Upline Support Team, your Personal or Co-Sponsors. It is part of their role as a sponsor to train and guide you in your new business, this is part of becoming an Awesome Sponsor, and is also one of the ways they will succeed also by helping you become familiar with SFI and building their team as you build yours.

So these are the best two avenues for knowledge and learning. Don't try and take it all on board in the first few days, there is simply too much to learn. Start slowly, follow all the initial information and training made available to you when you first join (it will all be available on the Homepage of SFI), then build your knowledge base through time.

The training of affiliates through information gathering begins at the entry point; where would-be affiliates are very well informed of the Set up of SFI. Reading such information, answers most of the question a fresh entrance may want to know.

Second, BASICS continues to expand the studies and answering of further questions.

Third, LSUNCHPAD gives tutorials on very pertinent points: that can assist the affiliate to know his/her movements around, just as the Sitemap also adds.

Forth, SPONSORCO-SPONSOR/UPLINE- this group forms the guidians of the affiliate. These affiliates are the first line of answering questions from the affiliate and motivate the affiliate to perform.

A2A - a broadcasted friendship system, that employs knowledge from various affiliates from various countries and various levels of SFI citizenry. An affiliate can contact any member for information.

FORUM- the supreme market place ideas. Questions can be put at this assembly for answers.

FAQ- frequent questions and answers, tried and tested are provided for ready use by all affiliates. All unresolved can go to the FORUM.

SUPPORT this is where all questions bothering on complaints, misunderstandings and allied problems/questions can be resolved.

All these and many more are where one can access assitance, when doubts come up.

There's saying here "No one is born smart".In other words,we all learn through our lives and there always will be something that we don't know and that we need to ask someone else who knows.

Speaking about SFI,I noticed there are still some "mysteries" unanswered to some members,especially if someone is beginner and has no prior experience in this kind of online business.


So,when you have a question related to SFI (and/or Tripleclicks,as unbreakable part of SFI),you can find answer(s):
1. within SFI (Support,your sponsor/upline,a2a friends,Forum,Ask SC...)
2. Outside of SFI (team forums,webinars,Facebook groups,blogs,videos...)


I would suggest you this algorithm (considering places within SFI web-site):

1. First where to start looking for your answer is - knowledge base of SFI:

It's like FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).There are sections about each major part of SFI and Tripleclicks and there you can find questions (and answers) that are commonly asked by members.It's always there,online,you just need to log in and search for it.You'll notice there's search field in the top right corner of Affiliate's center.Type your question,or better key term(s) there.Statistics show that about 80% (if not more) of ALL the answers lies there.

2. If your question is among rest 20%,then next point for a help would be an experienced person in this job,that already learned all the "tricks and tips" about SFI...and that is your sponsor,ofcourse.Contact him or her (via team mail,e-mail,Facebook profile,Skype...) and I'm sure your sponsor would be glad to discuss and give you solution about what you have asked.Or at least he/she can refer you to other sources of help:useful videos,texts/links,webinars,Facebook support groups,etc.

3. In the case if your direct sponsor is not so experienced or active lately,then you can contact someone from upline,here:

Note here:start with contacting the first person from the list who has "TL" near his/her names and who's language you understand.It means that person is a Team Leader (ranks are:BTL,STL,GTL,PTL and DTL).If he/she doesn't answer,then contact next (upper) TL on the list.Always follow that order.
Co-sponsor or "a2a" friends can be of great help too.

4. You can expand your search by checking SFI's Forum (https://www.sfimg.com/forum/) or "Ask SC" tab (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=ask_sc).The fact is - you are not the first,nor the last one to have some problems/issues/questions here.Probably,actually more likely,someone else already faced the situation you are in now and asked for a help or advice.Check it,there are also search fields for quick-finding solutions.

5. If you like to present problem on your own way (differently from others),you can do it in the Forum.Many affiliates "hang out" there and are ready to assist you.Take a note,especially from those many-times-thanked persons,called Forum Gurus (you'll notice "Forum guru" badge,near their names).


Outside of SFI,there are also different great place that you can ask/search for answers.I'll just briefly list them:

1. Facebook support groups (very,very popular source,since nowadays almost everybody have Facebook profile;and also spent a lot of time there)
2. webinars (online seminars,organized by top team leaders,usually from your upline)
3. team forums (created by someone also from your upline,as a support to the downline)
4. blogs,online videos,texts...


Finally,to answer your question.

"Best place" depends on how fast and how "lengthily" you need the answer?
If you're not hurrying,look for detailed/well explained answer,top selections would be to contact Support or your sponsor/upline/co-sponsor.Or check Forum/Ask SC.However,if you need quick/instant answer (questions with answers "yes"/"no","right"/"wrong",etc.),you should use Forum,Facebook support groups or some online instant messenger.


I would say best place(s) to find answers is within SFI.
My advice is to stick to it.
