I have learned over the years in this industry that Marketing and Sharing an opportunity with others is VERY hard for some folks. They are so scared of one of the smallest words in any language and that word is "NO".
So guess what? Gery has kindly taken care of that and will even reward you to help them. It is called a "Co-Op"
Gery and his staff have in place a way for you to set up and co-op for your team and allow them to benefit from your work and knowledge. As you set one up and get them going pick one of your participants and teach them what you are doing. Pay-It-Forward by sharing your experience. Teach them what you know and hold their hand till they are comfortable doing it on their own. Make them commit to paying it forward and passing on those teaching to another.
In my opinion this is the only way I would approach this with my team. Reason being is Gery did all the hard work for us. He even made it so easy to duplicate that anyone could do it. That is were success comes in to play. I would rather have 1% of a 100 people that a 100% of my own.
