It takes time to get well organised. That is the first step to working smart.

Write down all the things you do each day v.p. ledger will help with this.
Do it by plan.

I surf traffic exchanges and safe-lists while making phone calls to relatives
or biz:s that put you on hold.

E-Mails can be surfed by opening 3 tabs of same safe-list or traffic exchanges.
Save the important stuff to concentrate on later.

Be picky what you upgrade.I

Do not skip the ladder, first learn the job because knowledge alone guarantees success
If you have not learned it will not be a success
Advertise, Form a team, be successful ECA, so you'll show that you understand what is your job.V
ieving red tabs without acquired knowledge does not lead anywhere, and you'll be disappointed, and eventually give up.
Working smart means not giving up at the first obstacle, but rather an effort to adopt the necessary knowledge

1. Read, understand and apply SFI Rules of Success.

2. ADVERTISE! - Every day, as much as you can. Always try to find some new ways to place your ads. Use Key Codes and Hit Tracking tools.

3. Work with workers! - And in my experience, workers are not those people who log in every day, do Daily Actions, and nothing more. You have to find your own ways to communicate and to motivate - to teach them to do the same. Give a chance to every affiliate, but make sure you do not help

The way I see it, "working hard" is about doing a daily grind in order to get all your VersaPoint-related tasks done and to get all your advertising placed. "Working smart," by comparison involves automating what processes you can and arranging similar tasks on a daily basis so you can do them quickly and easily. Your methods of "working smart" willl depend on your overall strategy--someone working on a blog as a primary mode of promotion will have a different approach

As I feel about working hard as a description which do not have a domain but to help you as to to do hard work guides you towards a domain from which you can understand the results you have achieved, this also helps you to understand whether your time and effort is fruitful if not then you can refurbish your way to succeed. SMART essentially stand for --- Specific,Measurable,Achievable, Reachable, Time bound.Hope this clears the doubt.
Best Wishes.

Difference between working HARD & working SMART?

In my own understanding.

It only varies on the effort and time span to reach success.
Working hard might take you a bit longer to reach your goals.
While working smart could give you an effortless way to reach your goals.

Wherein, having both working HARD & working SMART applying it to SFI business will give you
a PHENOMENAL outcome.

It is just a matter of right choice for an individual/affiliate

Hello! This one is good.

Working hard means to give all you got; to have enough will to read all what is there to understand the SFI. Then it will be easier for you to make bigger income in SFI.
Working smart means to think widest you can. To think accross the borders. There is always 'what if...' , you can always try new ways of working, there are plenty of its.

The key to working SMART is to avoid reinventing the wheel. SFI provides a wonderful range of resources to use across all aspects of the business - use them. Don't fall into the trap of thinking you need to develop a new approach.

Secondly don't be afraid to ask for help form your sponsors. Learn form their experience rather than trying to do it all yourself.

Hi.
Well your question is quite important. You can work hard to achieve something but if you don't carefully apply the principles and Success strategies in achieving that goal, then you will not maximize the highest results possible.

Now with SFI firstly, you can work hard by daily logging to your homepage do all your action tasks and think you are done for the day waiting for tomorrow's log-in again. But you can work smart in SFI by daily logging in, do all your action tasks
