I would say it takes alot to overcome low self esteem. I was once in your situation but with time, i had to over come my fears and build my confidence.
Considering that you want to sell or market a TripleClicks product, we need to be confident , well mannered and properly dressed. Having the basic product information, price, features and benefits. Remember that knowing alot of information about a product you market will build the trust of your prospect. If not well prepared and not properly dressed, you will have a low esteem because of the way you are dressed and not having a fore knowledge of the product you market.
Considering approaching a prospect, we need to break the ice, don't be uptight, build rapport so that the prospect can listen to you. That breaking the ice and rapport development will build your confidence and gain the trust of your prospects.
Effective communication is very important when communicating with our downlines, prospects etc. When communicating, we need to use short and simple words for our downlines and prospects to understand. If we use ambiguous words, our prospects might be put off and we might not get the best from them.
Being a good leader or Sponsor, you will have a different way of thinking. You lead by example by logging on daily to do your daily, weekly and monthly tasks, celebrating your achievements in a humble manner via your stream post or Leadership Page. Knowing your strengths, weaknesses and working on them to build your confidence as a good leader is important.
As a good sponsor and trying to be confident, we must be ready to read our SFI BASIC, SFI posts, visits forums all SFI articles as they come and ASKSC. Learning is very important as we will know more of our SFI business, listen to what others have to say and surround ourselves with colleagues or A2a friends who will challenge and support you. This at the same time helps build your experience.
In summary, to be a good sponsor and to remove all fears of low esteem, we must be ready to identify our strength,weaknesses and work on our weaknesses in a constructive manner to improve on those weak areas making it a positive one, build relationships that gives a lasting impression and confidence as well as Effective communication to make it easier to build a strong and formendable team.
