Be honest and genuine, don’t give them false hope and information If they ask you question, tell them the truth, don’t answer to make them feel better while you answers seems good for time being it will bring obstacles and mistrust in the long run and open the door to depart.
People value honesty and you stick by it.
Outline goals for yourself and your Team Members, ask them what do they want to achieve and when.
Encourage them to join you in a co op if you have one, or start a new one with them.
In business it is good to have fun and relax when needed , so try to create a league in sport form your team members if you love sport or give them a suggestion. That will bring your team members to be close to each other as family.
Encourage them to read and stay update on all SFI/TripleClicks news and new developments
Also to participate in the forum either reading posts or give their own thoughts as well as ask question to get answer from the community when you are not at hand, or even to get more knowledge and wisdom.
