As a matter of fact, I think being at SFI could boost one's self-esteem.
What is required is that you believe in yourself, willing to follow the instructions and work hard to be successful.
Here is what you can do:
-Think about why you want to be part of SFI, what attracted you in the first place.
-Invest some money and think of yourself as someone starting their own business.
-Remind yourself that you are building a business you are not someone with low self esteem.
Due to lack of experience You will need to set aside extra time to gain knowledge, that includes studying and applying what you have learnt.

You can gain experience by being at SFI every day reviewing all the RED TAB pages on your To-Do List and by following the instructions given. Do them every day for a month and you will be a pro. Continue day-in and day-out to master your routine.
Learn from successful team leaders, listen to their ideas, brainstorm at the forum.
Most important, follow SFI's instructions on what you can do to be an awesome sponsor.
