If you are here and asking the question you are doing a lot better than many many affiliates. They signed up and then never came back. Remind yourself of that and take your self-esteem up a notch or two. Give yourself a pat on the back for doing it.
Remind yourself about everything you did well in the past, the things you are good at - self-esteem boosters. More importantly - you have to recognise your good qualities and use and enhance them. Appreciate yourself. Work on the things you are not good at and improve them.
Experience is something you can only gain by actually doing the things you need to learn. You learn as you earn. Whatever you learn you teach your team. Don't forget most of them have as little experience as you.
Do not be scared to try something new. Face your fears and conquer it. You will grow as a person as you grow your business.
