Nothing is impossible to advance so quickly from affiliate all the way to Diamond
Team leader position, but there is no quick way I know of by having a short cut.

When we have given 5 years to reach Diamond Team Leader position, the decision
Wasn’t Concluded by guess but by fact that it will take at least that long to achieve,
some will reach it with short amount of time, you might be one of them as well,
When Gery said it is no difference than having your own business, the fact is most
Business fail in the first 5 years of their existence, because of no adequate structure
And plan, so plan well , do and use the tool what we have here in our disposal and
You will find ( reach ) your Diamond.
Have a strong foundation, build 3 -5 strong team, leaders then teach them to build their
Own team leaders, the way you did, it is all about creating team leaders, not followers.
Some will be followers , that’s ok, but in time they will be leaders also.
That why we get encourage to be team leaders and given higher rewards as we advance
Start from storing bottom and build it one leader at a time.
