First, working hard is a must. Without hard work, there was never a good results. I do invest time for my business every day when posible. I learn oft and apply. I do what is necesary always and even more. I advertise and spend money to build my business. Last but not least, I comunicate with my Team through Stream post and weekly newletters. All this is hard work.
Working smart is the best way. Be an example to your Team because Actions speaks louder than Words. Your Team sees your Rank and your doings. Encourage your Team to be like you and even better than you. This is smart working.
