Thank you for posting your question. Without communication, duplication is very hard, if not impossible. So you are definitely right in that good communication with our team is indeed vital.
I personally think you are better at writing then you give yourself credit for. However, if you really do not write very well, as in you're not able to clearly articulate what your wanting to express, then here is a really super easy exercise you can do each day to help you get better:
Everyday think of a problem and for at least 15 minutes to an hour, write a solution to that problem. Make it different everyday. Or you could think of a topic and spend 15 minutes to an hour writing about that topic.
As you do this, you will find that your ability to clearly articulate what your wanting to express will improve. And it will also give you something to post on your leadership page! :D It's a win-win situation for you!
No matter what you do, if you consistently write everyday, you WILL get better at it. Promise.
