this question really tickled me. To most of us, English is a second language, therefore the best way to learn it better is to practice writing a streams, or on Skype practicing with English people.
One of the ways where you can always practice writing is on your computer at home using "Word" document and of course to to use spelling check.
There are sites which can provide each and everyone of us with the form: when we want to write a text what should we write first, second and third. - it's the basic knowledge.
I think that the biggest problem is not checking what have you written. As a sponsor you should be more persistent and encourage your affiliates to write more, to write adverts, to use their own experiences to tell a story, no matter how long or short it is.
Keep practicing and everything will get better
