Communicating with your team is a major role at SFI, and good communication is important.
Remember; though, you are a team leader first and not a writer. There are other ways to communicate with your team members if you are not a good writer.
To write to your team members you need to be able to:
1-Express yourself clearly in English
2-Express yourself clearly in your language, if English is not your first language.
3-Spell correctly, you can always use spell check before sending your letters.
Fortunately there are sample written messages at SFI that you can use. There are resources such as:
-Sample newsletters,
-Welcome messages
-eCards
-Text ads
If you are still worried, ask your sponsor for help in sending specific newsletters. Using duplication, he/she would be happy to help and may have just what you are looking for.
Lastly, if you don't excel as a writer and are better at talking on the phone, social media, Skype or others, use them as well to enhance communication.
After placing team leading first, you can start looking at ways to improve yourself as a writer It is good for self development.
