How do I convince new members to purchase a NMP ?

Well since they only have 10 days to decide,I do this.
Start a page in Notepad.Title it New members Pack.

Then copy/paste the best condensed info on why you
should order it. Send the note and $1 to them.

Send them $10 to pay 1/2 on it.

That way you allow for a delay in getting the
money into your account and procrastination on their part.
The gift should expire in 10 days from when you send it.

They do not use it,you get it back.
