I think as affiliates we have a responsibility to help keep our sponsors be active by responding to any communication efforts they put forth and hence encouraging their participation in our business. Of course, if we reach out to them and they do not respond there is not much that can be done, but, for those sponsors who reach out even once, we should respond back, ask any questions that we have and encourage their participation. I believe that while there are different levels in SFI, it takes each of us working together as a team to realize the full potential of this business and the full potential of our dreams.
Our sponsors can teach us whether active or inactive because they will help us to know what type of sponsor we want to be. We can role model or choose to bring different traits to our role as a sponsor. So for great and active sponsors we can see the effectiveness in helping us and duplicate these traits for our own personally sponsored affiliates. For those who are more distant we can learn that we would like a sponsor more engaging and apply the tactics that we think would be helpful to our downline.
Lastly, I think it is important that we ask our sponsors for what we want. It cannot hurt to ask and maybe they need the direct question to spur them into action (if they are indeed inactive). When our sponsor does not respond we should reach farther to our upline to obtain the support we need. And of course we have all the tools that SFI offers us, being the ultimate sponsor themselves.
I hope this was helpful. Have a great day! :-)
