In any endeavor, unless one asks nothing will come from the other side.
Examples are:
1. Unless you knock, you can not expect the door to be opened;
2. Unless you make a small step, you can not make a long journey;
3. Unless you inquire no one will give you the answer;
This is applicable to SFI Business. Unless you contact you will get nothing in most of the cases.
You can attract the attention of your Sponsor in two ways - one Positive and the other Negative.
Positive Side:
1. When you send your Commitment message, the Sponsor will know about you;
2. When you are regular in logging in to your SFI A/c, you will appear in Sponsor's "Movers";
3. When your Sponsor visits your VP Ledger, your performance will be known;
4. When you post in Forum, your Sponsor will know it;
5. When you reach/retain your EA or TL status, your Sponsor will be notified; (Your Sponsor
will also receive applicable VP);
6. Your Sponsor will know your activities when he/she opens the Genealogy;
7. When you buy through ECA or TC your Sponsor will know that (as applicable commission
will also be credited to him/her A/c);
8. When you raise a question or answer a question in Ask SC, your Sponsor will also know that;
Negative Side:
1. If you are not regular in logging in to your A/c;
2. If you do not reach/retain your EA or TL Status;
3. If you are an under performer or not a performer, etc
It's possible for the Sponsor to know all these. SFI has provided every possible Tool for the Sponsor and other Up Line Leaders to view/monitor and communicate with the down line regularly.
But the important point is, we are all independent contractors here. The onus is always on the individual to read, learn, understand the various materials provided by SFI , Set Goals and Plan activities based on the knowledge thus derived.
In the process, if there is any information or clarification required, it is for the individuals to communicate with their up line and move forward. If no support is forth coming, then the option is to go to the Forum where so many are waiting to share their knowledge and wisdom unconditionally.
Conclusion:
1. This is your business;
2. Learn things quickly;
3. Set your Goals/Targets;
4. Plan your activities;
5. Work towards them smartly;
6. Take the support of your up line where necessary;
7. If it is not there, then take the support of Forum; (Gery too will respond!!!)
8. If you are still not satisfied, then go to the Support.
9. You can be slow starter; But determine to reach your destination no matter what!!!!
