There are two classes of individuals for the approach to this question. The first class would be for your prospects and the second one would be for your new affiliate members.
For those who are on the outside looking in it would be to your advantage to have a website and/or blog. The more content that you can provide your prospects the better. You don't want them going off looking for the information they seek in all the wrong places. If you are not at that stage then our new Join My Team Gateway has a wealth of information on a single page. You could also provide your prospects with the "About Us" Link found at the bottom of SFI pages. They do not need to be logged in to view it.
After your new affiliate has joined SFI the first best place to get answers would be directly from your SFI Affiliate Homepage. There you have the black strip that runs horizontally across just below your photo. Just float your cursor over these and you will see numerous options - to many to mention here. Atop you have instant access to Start, SFI Basics, Launchpad Lessons, your Sponsor and his/her Leadership Page. Plus you can enter "topics for instant answers" whenever you are unsure were to find something. Example: Do you need the "Vacation Mode" just enter the word "vacation" and there you have access.
A little further down on your SFI Affiliate Homepage you have the latest SFI news and the latest SFI Forum Treads. Easy access to your daily tasks from your To-Do List and Red Tabs (learning by doing). Two very valuable resources for increasing your knowledge and to get answers would be the SFI Forum and the Answers to Ask SC questions. At the Forum you have access to Gery Carson, our Forum Gurus and their posts. Need help? Start a thread. And don't forget to read the rules.
At the very bottom of your SFI Affiliate Homepage you have access to much more. Just to mention a few of them; is your access to Support, 24-Hour Knowledge Base and the Language Translation Tool.
Lastly a very helpful area that should not be neglected is your TripleClicks Member Center.
