SFI has built up quite a knowledge base over the years for all things SFI. Therefore, there are many ways to bet answers to questions you have about SFI. Firsthand knowledge is going to serve you best so you should be able to use the sitemap, knowledge base, search feature, and the search feature at the forum. Each one of these tools have their own merit. For example, the search feature will search for known topics of interest by keywords. So the query results will match as closely as possible to what the user types in the search. Perhaps, a certain question has been asked repeatedly and when type in the search you will find the exact answer. Otherwise, you will be given an assortment of related topics based on the query terms.
Besides using your tools to find answers to questions, you can always use your human resources. Your sponsor, co-sponsor, upline, and support are accessible to you. If your sponsor has not been in SFI for a time, they may not have the answer you need so then you would go to your co-sponsor or upline leader. Since we work in a global business, people may not be available when it is convenient for you. Most sponsors will let you know the time frame to expect feedback to your concerns. Lastly, you can send a ticket support or turn to the forum for feedback. However, support handles 100s of requests and does so by order of receipt. The forum will most certainly get you feedback by sometimes the question is not address appropriately because some people speak of aspects that they don't fully understand.
