1. Forum: Any general discussion that relate to SFI. You can join in In-depth discussions over SFI products, programs, services, news and much more with your SFI fellows. Ideal place to brainstorm and share your ideas and tips or to receive them. You can start a new thread and seek responses around the clock.
2. Sponsor: Relating to getting started or any other. Treat your sponsor as a real sound board and communicate well relating to each doubt that you come across. Right person to answer practically as he/ she had already faced it and have overcome that situation and grown from it. Most important source that can practically put you on right track to succeed at SFI. Source that gives duplication a meaning. Co-sponsor falls in the same league.
3. A2A: Discuss your SFI related issues with other SFI mates. You can send mail and seek for assistance from any SFI affiliate. Make friends and find solutions here.
4. FAQs: Check whether the solution exist for your query at the data base. Most of your questions would find a solution here, especially for the beginners.
5. Support: Specific queries related to you personally. You can raise a ticket after checking the FAQ’s. If FAQ’s do not address your question, then go ahead to submit your ticket and you would receive a dedicated response from support centre executive. You can submit your comments and can keep doing that till you feel your question is answered. You can submit Tripleclicks related questions on SFI or Tripleclicks support center.
6. Ask SC: You can ask your question here. If your question gets approved you will get numerous answers to draw your inferences. If it is not approved, support would definitely send you a solution to it.
7. Up line: They are there as they have advanced and doing well for themselves. They are not only the motivating source but also can become your guiding source, provided you remain in touch and ask them your doubts.
