Your question is a little open ended – what I mean by that is it can be taken two different ways.
Are you asking about questions directed towards information about corporate SFI?
Or are you asking about questions directed on building your SFI business?
SFI has provided their affiliates free training (information) that can be obtained from several different avenues.
I have found what I think as the number one place to search for answers about SFI (in general) is to go to the “site map” located. Under the two categories “Reference” and “Support” on the Black bar in your affiliate center scroll the drop-down and click on site map.
Or go to this link: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/Sitemap
On this page you will find well over 400 links in which you can find just about any solution to questions that can be asked. From this section is where I get all my links to share with my teammates when they ask me questions.
I would like to say that the next best place to acquire answers should be your sponsor and up-line. But many affiliates do not have an active up-line that will help. So I would recommend they go to the forum and search the best category for their question. If no answer fits what they are looking for then start a new thread by asking the forum members for an answer to their question.
Ask SC has over 38,428 answers to 560 different business building questions. Simply select the category you are interested in and click on the “Go” tab, a section will open several pages of answers to related to your category.
To conclude I would like to say that the team leaders should teach their teammates on how to “search” for their answers before going to our A2A friends, Ask SC, and the forum. This would really help in cutting down the number of the same questions being asked over and over again.
When a teammate asks you a question – give the best answer you can and then direct your affiliate to the link where they can read the answer for themselves. Or suggest to your affiliate to go to the link first and if they still have questions then contact you again.
