you should check your PSA's VP ledger(versa point ledger) daily to know how much they earn from the to-do list.it shows vp earned from current day,month,total points also his/her current rank.
you can see the daily,weakly,monthly,intermediate and getting started actions of your affilate and how much points they earn.
after that,observe how many they need to qualify as the next rank in SFI.if they forget about a to-do list action; you can remind them via email/team mail from the affiliate page or they are in a starting trouble to getting started a action like create a blog/website for installing a TripleClicks banner(100 vp!!) you can help them by suggest a free blogsite.
remind them about new badges and easily getting badges by checking their affiliate profile.
