Hi, Ana Stanojevic!
It is more beneficial to qualify for Executive Affiliate (EA).
We will explain below why.
There are many new affiliates who start with SFI having prior experience with internet marketing and home based businesses, fully aware of the importance of investing in the business to qualify faster, on the one hand, and the need of advertising for both sponsoring and sales, on the other hand.
You question takes into account those needs. But it comes from the stand point of a limited budget.
If I am working with such a limited budget, I would entire devote my resources for qualifying as an Executive Affiliate and working within the SFI resources and tools.
The opportunities for success are real.
If an affiliate starts with SFI and they do not have prior involvement in network marketing, they have their warm market intact from which they can sponsor affiliates and build their team.
Hence, it obvious that the new affiliate should use their resources to qualify as an Executive Affiliate.
The reasons are as follows:
1. A single item Standing Order (SO) with a price tag of around $36.25 will qualify you as an Executive affiliate (EA) with additional 100 bonus action points.
Such a sum would not go very far in paid advertising to make any difference.
2. Now let's assume that you placed a standing order (SO) for a 125 Tcredits Package, you can use those Tcredits to bid on auctions from which you may win more Tcredits and MRP.
3. Repeat the process: Use your earned Tcredits for other auctions, to accumulate more of them.
4. With the new "Bid and Build", starting February 17, you will also be rewarded with up to 4 (four) PSAs per auction, each set of 50 bids yielding one PSA. There are no more limits on how many PSAs you can earn per day. There are only limits on how many PSAs you can earn per auction.
You can find the new "Bid and Build" rules here:

5. BY Converting your MRP into Tcredits, you will accumulate Purchase VP while your bidding helps you earn Actions VP.
Keep in mind, you are also getting PSAs.
6. As an Executive Affiliate, you will get two CSAs in your downline.
7. With some luck, the combination of your purchase of Tcredits, and the conversion of your MRP may earn you enough Purchase points for the maximum of 2500 towards qualify for BTL.
Your bidding and your SO bonus may give you the 500 Action VP to meet all the requirements for BTL.
Now, you are a full fledged Team Leader with both PSAs and CSAs. You can start sending Teammail and earn additional Weekly Action points.
These results and achievements are very likely if you choose your auction bidding very careful and act with discipline.
On the other hand, paid advertising with such a meager budget will not take very far.
Thus your sponsoring efforts should focus on your warm market and free advertising.
Keep implementing this strategy. Your second month goals should focus on re-qualifying you as a BTL, increasing both your PSAs and CSAs.
Be the best sponsor you can. You may already start earning commissions.
Around the middle of your second month, as a BTL, you will have your second home CSAs.
Stay focused and disciplined, aiming at STL.
You are on your way to success.
Good luck.
