We all dont know everything about SFI and do need some answers on certain topics now and then. Especially the new affiliates.
1. For new people within their first couple of days, I think the best place is at your up-line. They normally need answers on more the easy topics, and its a great chance to bond.
2. For any body who want any answer, I think the best place to get that answer is on the Forum.There are people there with loads of experience and you can get an answer in seconds. And there are somebody on the Forum 24/7.
3. For the more serious issues you can lodge a support ticket to get answers
4. Then you can go back to your basics, Launchpad lessons, Rules of success and tips for more answers.
5.Always on top of your screen there are a little column where you can type in any question and then you got plenty of informative material to read about your question.
Above are the ones that most affiliates use, but I think To get answers from the forum are still the best way.
