When you receive a new PSA, they will automatically receive your New PSA Greeting, which you create here:

You can also send an ecard when you receive a notification of a new PSA or CSA. I find the ecards very effective.
In your PSA Greeting/Ecard, after introducing yourself, explain to them that they can begin collecting VersaPoints by doing the Getting Started Actions, and direct them to their To-Do List (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list) or their VP Ledger (https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger).
Explain that they can Fast-Track in SFI and that part of the Fast-Track process is to complete these 5 activities:
* For confirming your registration
* For whitelisting
[email protected]
* For completing your Affiliate Profile
* For sending your SFI Commitment Message to your sponsor
* For uploading your photo to the Affiliate Center
When they have whitelisted their email address than you can be sure that they WILL be receiving your email messages to their own email as well as to their SFI Inbox.
Beyond that, if they have submitted an incorrect email address, there is little you can do to ensure they will receive them, except perhaps if they do engage with you on the SFI messaging system you can ask them for an alternative email address or way of keeping in contact.
