2.Address concerns. Maybe you see a team member struggling to earn VP. You can put in your newsletters innovative ways that will help them to earn more eg. playing more TripleClicks games, best items to purchase to gain max. VP etc.
3.Address growth. Growth is presumably what we all want and why we are in the business. It is therefore important to be motivating in your newsletter. Illustrate to your team how best to invest in order to achieve growth.
