W3 and S-Builder Coop are two different programs in SFI with two different purposes.
The main purpose of Wave 3 (W3) is for us to help promote SFI/TripleClicks through the Decal that is sent to us that we stick on our cars: In return it gives us the following benefits.
1. The decals in our car can open a conversation about SFI/TripleClicks to any one who ask what the sticker is all about.
2. It gives monthly free stuff and enable us to win valuable prices:

• Win $100's in the weekly drawing!
• Exclusive member-only specials!
• Free song of the month download!
The Decal will cost us only $1.95 for shipment cost.
The S-Builder Coop however will give us quality PSA. SFI is running a paid ads to target people who are interested on programs like SFI. The sign ups are rotated to all members of S-Builder. As we know, the main success factor here at SFI are quality, active PSA's.
S-Builder will cost us $24.
So, If you can afford both, I advise you to participate on the two. How ever if you have limited funds join W3 first.
If you only join W3 you can still have PSA through the TC and PRM that you are earning daily. What you can do is to gather these TC's and MRP's then buy PSA's from a vendors at TripleClicks.
