There are many things to discuss when you are chatting online with a PSA. You can ask them how they are coming along and if they need any help with anything. You can ask them what are they trying to accomplish in SFI and what are their goals. Then you can offer them tips on how they can accomplish those goals.
But most importantly be a friend to them. Let them know that if they ever need help you are there for them and give them your personal e-mail address or your phone number so they can see that you are really there to help them and that you care. Also if you notice they aren't logging in everyday or if they aren't getting there 1500 every month remind them how important those things are and also offer tips on how they can accomplish those things.
