Become an ECA if you have products to sell, and earn money and VP for all you sell. The most important thing to do once you have mastered what it takes to be a Team leader is to teach your PSAs to do the same and duplicate you. Once they learn the ropes, then they will in turn to duplicate themselves, and so on right down the line.
Sponsor as many as possible new affiliates each month. Participate in the "S-Builder" co-op (https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=38631) if you're lacking in experience in internet marketing or have very little time to promote your SFI business. To accelerate the growth of your business, you may want to complement the "S-Builder" by participating in other co-ops also. You can find quite a number of them at TripleClicks.
Support your team members to the best of your ability. Keeping in touch with them regularly is important. Remember, you're successful only when they are successful. There are times when you don't have the answers on hand to their questions or enquiries. Don't worry. You can always ask your uplines for help. If they can't help you either, don't panic. Go to the SFI Forum to get and find the answers. The Forum is one of the best places where you can learn something new and also share experiences with other SFI affiliates around the world. Visit it regularly.
