This varies from person to person, it is a very personal choice and very much depends on your financial situation as well.
For someone who does not have much money to spend, I would tend to say that you would do best to utilize it on getting PSAs. Apart from any people you may recruit personally, there are a number of good ECAs you can purchase signups from. After all… to start generating any income as an affiliate you are going to have to build a team except if you become an ECA as well, in which case you can generate income from your sales.
-The TCredits can of course be used to participate in auctions. With some luck, you may winn more PSAs in one auction than you would have been able to afford to buy in three or four months. However, if you lose the auction you will have lost your TCredits, lost money that you probably cannot afford to lose and also be left without the PSAs you so desperately need to build your team.
-The positive things you are left with when participating in auctions are: the action VPs, up to 500 VP a month, and the MRPs you will collect for taking part in the auctions. Of course, once you have collected enough MRPs you can still choose to buy some PSAs with these.
The above views are my personal views of course and it does not mean to say that these are right or wrong for othe. In fact I believe that a combination of both options would be ideal, if your budget allows it. In the end, what you do with your TCredits is what you feel most comfortable about!
Good luck! I hope this will help you a little with your decision ?
