try like this:

1. Set up Standing Order for TC Credits. Use 125 TC Credit pack and ensure 1500 VP for EA2 status - $36,25

2. By S Builder co op unit for $24 or if you add to Standing Order - $22

3. By Gift Card and set up your own monthly contest for your downline - $35

To summarize:
1. TCredits - $36,25
2. S Builder co op unit - $22
3. Gift Card +Personal team contest - $35
TOTAL: - $93,25
