You should keep track of your previous month achievement and according to it try to start setting your goals. Once you have set up your goals do the maximum to achieve it.
For example if last month you were able to sponsor 10 PSA so try to set it to 15 PSA this month. By doing so you are competing with your last month goal and will push you to aim higher and consequently increase your performance which in term will give you higher success rate at SFI.
This is call self motivation. Goal setting helps you to motivate yourself and helps you to give the best of yourself. One thing more do not exaggerate o your goal setting that set goals which are achievable.
