Seting goals is very important, because
you can't TRAVEL if you don't have a DESTINATION,
or you can't SHOOT if you don't have a TARGET.
But target must be carefuly set. Not too far, not too close.
If it is too far, it can be disapointing,
and if it is too close, it's not going to be motivating.
During my registration in SFI, I set some goals
without knowing their real meaning, and will it be possible
for me to achieve them.
During first month in SFI I learned a lot from LAUNCHPAD lessons,
and I realized exectly how hard I need to try to get where I wanted.
My second month's set of goals was much more precizely determined,
and they were exectly what they needed to be:
GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS
So don't be dissapointed if you never made your first set of goals.
Think where you want to be at the and of the month,
and set your guidelines to lead you there !
