Just like a person gets a badge on his/her achievement so other persons can know what is the rank of the person having which badge, I am also very conscious about badges. If I lose any of my badges I try to get it back and also trying to get more badges, so it can motivate my down-line. Also it shows them what a hard worker their sponsor is. It's really encouraging them all. Tell your team the importance of the badges.
