Besides the methods that SFI promotes, what are some other goods ways to get your affiliates to the rank of EA2?

I think first of all you should be an example to your affiliates, then show them the best ways
to build there team, and standing order is also very important, they should also try hardly to
build there downlines, they should make sales too, and they should always read for readers are
leaders, SFI is a very large business with profitable incomes but you need to work hard to be
among theos that profit.....
Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

In my opinion sfi have provided you with all kinds of answers you need.
You just have to take a time and read all icons tabs they all have an answer to offer you.
allso you have Sfi BASICS, launchpads, Ask Gary.
Or ask questions to your felow affiliats about what you do not understand.
But make sure you folow this rule of Sfi that says read all Sfi basses and understand them
That way you get what you're looking for as an answer
