When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

I've been in this for a while. I can tell you from experience that it is better to invest in advertising because we are talking about the TEAM, the more successful members you have you are more successful. I, for example, am collecting 1500vp for 3 months but don't have members who work and now I will devote more to
advertising.
How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

MRP points we can get in many ways:
1. For every game launching(Gold Streak, Time Machine, Pick the Price, TripleClicks' own Battle of the Bands) 5 MRP
2. 5 MRP for every bid on an auction
3. 10 MRP for a bid on double auction
4. You will get determined amount of MRP points by buying some product
The highest amount of MRP points you will get by buying some sort of product or playing double auction
