How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

OMG. I can imagine how shocked you were when you were asked this question. That is the question like: Why do I have to pay for the chocolate in the store? It's okay if you set him five years old daughter, but it is difficult to answer when you set him an adult - you can not be sure he didn't make a fool of you.
We're all equal here and SFI treats all of us equally. This is real job, it is not a pyramid scheme where you work for those at the top. You have to work to earn money. Versa Points are our 'working hours', our 'monthly norm' on which we are paid by SFI.
When you are doing a ordinary job as a shop assistant par example, you have to come to it every day. You get paid at the end of the month. Next month, you have to come back to work every day too . And never, ever never anybody has occurred to him to say: I want to be paid for the next month because I came last month on the job. Such a person would be considered strange, silly and ridiculous.
Do not try at all costs keep PSA who is an adult and is not yet understood what means of a word JOB or understand that you have to go to work every day to receive a salary for that month. I've noticed that adults come here and ask us the dumbest questions and puerile - which would never have dared to ask their boss in the physical world. What's the next question: Why do I need to do anything to SFI gave me the money?

How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?

This is a good question.
We all have the same problem. A shop assistant who works at bookstores or toy stores or travel agent has the similar problems. There are people who are all suspicious and see all the deception. Do not waste time explaining to them and arguing with them. The more you convince them, they were more suspicious. When I worked for one travel agency, the man refused to enter the apartment because it is 84m distant from the sea, not 83m as it was written in the tourist guide. He bore the meter on vacation and instead of enjoying - the first thing he did was measuring distance. He enjoyed the whole situation.
So, do not waste your time trying to convince people too hard. Law in the USA is strict in terms of fraud (it is much stricter than the one in your or my country). If in 17 years no one has sued the SFI and the USA government did not close the SFI and Tripleclicks (their headquarters are still located in Nebraska) why SFI deceived me or him? This is not a question of trust but of common sense.
Tripleclicks protects customers. When the buyer confirms that he received the shipment only then ECA gain steam.
I fully understand your problem. We walk the same earth. Believe me, this issue is just an excuse because they will not buy that product. They want attention, they want to feel important, and they are no buying anything. Twenty years of working with people and trust me - running away from such far away. You're connecting the customer with tripleclicks.com. It's your job. Everything else is between the buyer and tripleclicks. It seems cruel, but such suspicious people will be dissatisfied with the time of delivery or the condition of the goods, of anything. And then, of course, will start again to bother you.
Give up of those who believe that the Internet is a scam. You can not change their prejudices. Move on and you'll find those who know how to use the Internet and credit cards.

What is the best way to help affiliates in my group who have limited access to a computer?

This is a very interesting question.
This is mostly online business and we posted ads on the Internet. But it is our choice - not the rule.
To be considered active your PSA must regularly doing daily tasks or to set SO. For this part of the job he needs Internet connection. This can be done from any computer, a mobile phone or from Internet cafe. If he has some money he can post SO and solves this problem.
What about advertising? We forget that the Internet is not the only medium or only way for advertising. I love it most because to me it is the most affordable, but there are dozens of ways to communication. He can use warm marketing, banners, to share flyers and pamphlets, newspapers, radio or calling people on the phone. It is important to be on arm patience and good will.

Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

Should you or you shouldn't recruit that people depends of you. You have to decide do you have time to help PSA who doesn't speak English. Today there are lots of translators and video tutorial about SFI. You can make your own video tutorials.
I am not English native speaker. I post my adds and I speak with people who are interested in this job in my mother tongue. Most of affiliates do the same way.
Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

I like SFI the best because it gives everyone the same chance to success. There are same conditions for all affiliates. SFI's rules are the same whether you're from Europe, Asia, Africa or America.
We, the affiliates, are the ones who have prejudices. I live in Europe, but I'm very nice collaborated with ECA from Asia. Language is not the barrier. You do not need a lot of words to communicate with ECA from different country or continent.
Postage (or the shipping price) is the biggest problem for international cooperation. SFI don't have any influence over that.

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?
Danijela Čolić, Aff (Serbia)

Ask yourself two questions:
Do I need money?
Do I want to work?
If the answers are yes, then you are capable of building a successful SFI business.
For this work is the most important good will and perseverance. If you want to work and have a good will - you will succeed. It does not matter if you do not have a computer or Internet connection - you will go to the Internet cafe. You will be advertised in the newspapers or flyers. You do not need money - you're going to invest a lot of effort.
But if some of these answers is not - you will not succeed. You will not help either invested money, either knowledge or possession of 50 computers. The most important thing is to want and want.

How could posting in your native language in the My Country or My Region categories in the forum help build your SFI business?

This is one of the best newspapers, at least by me.
Many of us do not speak English very well and a translator is not the most reliable. This is the main reason why many affiliates have never visited the forum. Many affiliates wanted to ask something but because they didn't speak English very well (or at all) they didn't dare.
Also, it is often the case that someone join the SFI, and its sponsor withdraws or somebody become active but his sponsor no answer to him or his sponsor became inactive. All affiliates do not speak English, but mostly everyone knows what the word forum means and expect to find help there. This is the right thing for these affiliates.
For the same reason that makes the business of us who have their PSAs easier. All novelties are in one place and you do not have to translate it and send emails to your affiliates who don't speak English..

There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

This is a very interesting question.
I advise my PSAs to work Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions. They have to keep doing that to SFI considered them active members.
The easiest way to get to the VP is that they put SO. They can buy a pack of 125TC. They will get 1500VP (sales) and 100VP (action). Also they can participate at auctions and from these 125TC will get 125VP (action). Also they can win the auction and 12 times participate in Spin and win for PSAs.
They can set the S-builder or buy PSA to go. This is duplications.

Internet jobs are the jobs of the future. Why? They have two reasons: people are increasingly using computers and it is easier and easier to use computers. Remember the computer from the 80s - it was quite a feat to include it. Remember how it used to be difficult to make a website? Today it is very easy.
This job require good will. SFI has provided basic training in marketing and sponsorships. The sponsor will help the novice in all things. There are a number of video tutorials that explain in detail virtually everything about the job.
It is only necessary to be persistent and have an open mind

What is the best strategy for attracting younger people (age 21 - 35) to become active SFI affiliates?

When you are 35 years old you definitely think different then you was 29 or 21 years old. You respect me and want completely different things.
Younger people (21-26) are generally more familiar with the social network, they have more confidence in the Internet, but they are generally not inclined to work. They want quick money, current earnings and generally are not responsible. Of course, there are exceptions. It is not a problem to find them. Visit website of celebrities, various forums or start to play games. I love 'gamers', but lots of them consider this job as tedious job. You should be aware that they visit the facebook page dedicated to fashion, young actors and the things that usually the older ones are not interested in. They will try everything and give up. You should talk to a young cousin of sites on the net that visit and that they subsequently join. Another problem is they do not have the money to invest in the business. But you can explain them how to post autoposter and you can give them a list of Facebook groups. Also you can persuade them to talk about Tripleclicks with people who they meet. Young people like clubbing, go to colleges and they meet a lot of people. You should explain them that if 10% of those people buy somethings or join they will be successful and they will be able to make their dreams come true.
Of course if they are married - it is completely different situation. They must to work and they know how system 'works'. Them and those over 26 years should treat as well as middle aged people.
