You see, the whole business of SFI and maintaining progress thereby revolves around earning VersaPoints (VPs) through spending TCredits to a large extent; and it is important that you let your new Affiliates know the importance of this from the onset. With this knowledge, such affiliate can work very hard around buying products that will ultimately be producing enough TCredits (and VPs) for him/her to use to acquire more VPs in the process.

If you decide to make CW (Cash Welcome) available, you will only be indulging them; and after exhausting your cash, the totally-dependent ones among them would do nothing thereafter. They will become inactive. So, you you have only ended motivating them for a very short time; and at the end, you would not have gained much from them.

But on the contrary, all affiliates in your down-line, (be they PSAs or CSAs), need to be motivated for a long-lasting time. And physical, moral & psychological supports are much better than immediate cash support.

Yes, of course; and for the following reasons:--

1. Language Barrier: some affiliates are better spoken with in their native languages or dialects. So, if I have certain CSAs from countries where inter-exchange of native dialects are predominant in their day-to-day communications, (e.g. those from countries in the Asian continent), I would prefer that they are handled by Sponsors from their specific geographic zones.

2. Inactivity: where certain CSAs have remained inactive for long or are completely dormant, it may be proper to hand them over to Sponsors from their countries so that more meaningful follow-ups can be done with them; and who knows? such people might eventually become active again.

Hope these two tips help you in forming your opinion.

1. I religiously pay attention to my "TO DO TABS" on daily basis; and act on them.
2. In order to broaden my knowledge base, I make sure I participate in SC Question & Answers to learn much more than I have known before.
3. I also ensure to visit the Forum every day to learn some online business building strategies from some suggestions and responses by contributors.
4. I ensure to build relationship with members of my Team in SFI - both Upline and Downline members.
5. I strive to promote my SFI Gateway to as many people as I can humanly reach both offline and online;
6. I endeavor to handpick some TripleClicks products and promote them to my contacts - far & near.

First & foremost, for all of us who are existing SFI Affiliates, setting VersaPoints to zero at the beginning of each month, is a conscious effort to enable us monitor our past performances and be gingered to do much better in the new month. We really need to set present goals/targets to achieve in the new month.
You see, there are five (5) Golden Rules when it comes to goal-setting; and these are:--
1. That we set goals that motivate us. When an individual sets goals for himself or herself, it is important that those goals actually motivate him/her, are value-driven and highly important to achieving overall success.
2. That we set SMART goals. ... (S.M.A.R.T. here is a mnemonic acronym that guides us in our goal-settings. So, S.M.A.R.T means: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant/Realistic and Time-bound). For us to succeed, all our goals must meet these five (5) criteria!!
3. That we set these goals in writing. ... … (Pls. for constant reminders to perform, you should try to have your goals written out in a handy paper on your desk at home; and get a copy of this paper to carry with you anywhere you go. Of course, in these ‘technological’ days, you can have these goals set out in your laptop, iPad, Notebook, etc. & carry it along with you everywehre).
4. That we make specific action plans to achieve these goals. ... and
5. That we stick with the achievement of the goals!

My 10-point Reasons are as follows:

1. SFI is a business venture that can be understood by everybody around the world; so, inability to speak/read English is NOT a barrier.

2. In like manner, SFI is a business that can be practiced by everybody around the world - whether or not the person can speak/read English.

3. In every part of the world, there is 'Network Marketing"; and SFI Business is built around that major industry.

4. SFI products, particularly 'health & wellness' related, are GOOD for everybody, regardless of their language.

5. Also, TripleClicks (TC)Products can be beneficial to everybody around the world;

6. SFI Affiliate Websites & TC Product Gateways are constructed with simple, understandable English language that everybody worldwide can comprehend.

7. The willpower, determination, desire and commitment to succeed in business as well as being a team player are all embedded in every person around the world, not only in those people who speak/read English language.

8.
