This my own experience I want to say this is a good question.
There are many things about SFI that I am delighted with, but the things that most make me 'PROUD' to be an SFI affiliate are:
1)The ethics and values that SFI insists we uphold in the way we work.
2)The global family of over 1.8 million people that I now belong to.
3) The opportunity I have to connect with such wonderful people and to know that I have friends from all around the world and that they have a friend in me.
4) The fact that I can now help others find a genuine and simple way to earn a decent income and build a meaningful business for themselves.
And that, I'm sure will make you very proud too.
Thanks .

                        Hi
This question are very suitable for forwarding and developing business.I will explain for my experience are when i receive emails and teammails all the time and its up to an individual, how to interpret and respond to the communique your personal way.
Sometimes pages and pages of information are distributed via medibooks, brochures, magazines etc..The question is how much information is absorbed? With SFI Basics,Launchpad and Start is self explanatory and this should not not be included in your teammail this information becomes repetitive and lengthy thus very litlle information is absorbed by you.
Any communication with affiliates whether its lengthy or short is important but what is critical is the content.
Generally what works is the resources offered and their links so the messages are not lengthy. However in our training we were thought read!read!and read all the information SFI has to offer to us.It is of human nature that lots of information and lengthy information is vital for our marketing and strategies. If you pay careful attention to some ideas and tips offered it is short and to the point and that amount of information is incredibly vital to our business.
Consequently whether you need to send an email with long and boring messages with no vital information or quality and quantity messages is up to you. What works wonders for me is putting pen to paper, editing it and then typing the message in the interim I correct myself and sift vital information for my team. I hope this was helpful to our team....
 Thank you!

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

I explain this answer are below
Friends wil you know this word “NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE”, it's simply not for them.
many years of network marketing has taught me that some people really just can't handle such a business, they'd prefer the routine lifestyle, safe money....sometimes, people simply think the money is too good to be true, this comes from a slight amount of small mindedness. sometimes people think it is simply too overwhelming.
you need to work on affiliates that have a dream, passion and want change....for the rest of the affiliates, the best way to give them a push is to show them some proof of the money your making (pop up a picture of your scoreboard or your TC debit card)
I think that this business are great and covers the whole country..
Best Regards...

This is a very good question.I will explain my own experience what i have learned here in all the great training is to work with the workers. Focus on the active members on your team. But make a newsletter every week where you send incentives, support and explain how to work on our business where you include what is working for you. And there you send it to all of your team including the inative . That is what i believe is working smart . Lets go and grow all of our teams in the new year of 2014.
Best regards and happy Chirsmas day.
