It is hard to keep someone from quitting anything if they have made their mind up to do so. However, it is good to encourage that person as much as possible. There are a few things that one can do to encourage that person not to quit. That does not mean, however, that he/she will not.
1. keep reminding them that SFI is not about instant success. It calls for hard work and commitment.
2. Regular messages of encouragement to log in and gain VP while at the same time telling them of the benefits of staying at SFI.
3.Personal letters of encouragement
4. Remind them of the goals they have set and the need to achieve them.
5. being a good example for them

A person who wants to create and maintain his/her own SFI website is indicating how serious he/she is. I will strongly encourage that person to do so. While SFI has its own site going the extra mile and creating a personal site is good.
Once that person considers all that has to be done and has given consideration to maintenance and the cost involved by all means he/she should be encouraged to so.

Successful leaders lead. They lead by example. The create the atmosphere for their affiliates to succeed by motivating, providing incentives and encouraging them to persevere.
Successful leaders know when to push and when to hold back. They know when information given is too much and when it is not enough.
Most importantly, successful leaders never quit. They are committed to the task and make it their duty to log in every day.

This is a very important question. Here is my answer.
It is important to send regular team mails to your down line. When you do this you are actually creating an atmosphere of trust and you are building friendship. Remember that your affiliates are persons whom you never knew and so that level of trust needs to be built first.
Secondly, try sending personal mails, people like it when they receive personal messages.
Thirdly, be sure to congratulate your affiliates on their successes, even if it is just for the VPs they gained for the day.
Lastly, add them as your friend on face book and chat with them. It will take time but they will begin conversing with you.

I don't believe there are shortcuts to success at SFI. SFI however, has laid out clearly all the guidelines needed for success. Once these guidelines are followed then the new affiliate is guaranteed success.
The fact is that some may begin to achieve success before others and there are a number of factors for that
1. Money
2. Time spent in the business
3. commitment
4. Sacrifice
5. knowledge
