How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

Hi Christina,
If I were to be your downline, I would prefer to be receiving more information on Business and Marketing links, rather than a one time TCredits or Gift Certs.
You see, awards such as the above are short term. I would want something that has long term effect as your downlines. Honestly, my sponsor never reward me any financial items for achieving TL status, but I am proud that he is always by my side, supporting me with positive words and recognise every success of our team affiliates. And that for me is far more valuable than anything else I could imagine.
You are the mentor. And as a mentor your role is to provide guidance and motivate them every step of the way. If they succeed, you most surely are!

How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

Developing trust is like building a house, we must start with a strong foundation. First and foremost, start with you:
1. Discipline yourself - meaning denying yourself from what you want to do and focus on what you need to do. Affiliates look up to their TL and mirror their actions and achievement as their guidelines.
2. Be a warm touch - make your affiliates the centre of your attention. Ask questions, give praise when someone your team won something. E.g Daily Grand, E365.
3. Sincerity - Always be able answer all their questions, listen to your affiliates. Everyone must have something valuable inside them, whether it is skills or talents, let them know that you are always open up to people.

When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

Hi,
To start, you may show them a comparison of any online business as to what SFI has to offer. They may think that SFI is just another business amongst the advertisements that has bombarded the social medias nowadays.
Entice them on how easy to sign up and earning Versa Points by doing simple pointable actions.
Point out that experience is not required to be successful in SFI, if you are determined and passionate you are in the right track for success.
Be honest that this is not get-rich-quick scheme.

Hi there,
Setting goals are particularly easy, however one must know their capability of reaching that goal. To get a better picture of what I am getting by the end of the month, I always use the Earning Calculator as my guideline.
Start with a lower amount, e.g. 5 EA2 PSAs, 30 PSAs and increase them once you have break the target. Revise, see which marketing tools works and what not.
Be comfortable with goals but always aim higher. You would be suprised how much you progress with a careful tracking and monitoring.
