Last week has indeed been a very harrowing one for many of us as we experienced severe problems for log in and also scared of our passwords and account safety. Indeed a good corporate culture and able leadership successfully guided us away from the crises point.

Having said this I wish also to add that cyber-crime is nothing new to have happened. Ever since the spread of computer culture, the password strength, security of our account etc. were always under test/strain. The improvements on these safety measures were/are taking place on an on-going and continuing process. So we do not stop functioning merely because somebody had tried to intrude into our safety systems. On the other hand we get educated ourselves and move one step ahead by improving our own working systems improving strength of our passwords, operating systems of the computer and using proper anti-virus care etc.

By this time we are sure that these matters are in very able hands and we can concentrate on our n work i.e. scoring points and also dealing in Triple clicks with best of our attention and efficiency. Your PSAs will not be so naïve that a mere, how-so-ever serious, cyber-attack is one thing that they should throw away all their hard work and quit the scene.

As I mentioned, we are now better prepared and more anticipated and within a couple of week, we will leave this behind as a bad dream and move ahead with more confidence. I can assure that nothing can stop us from , if we are focused, move strongly on achieving our goals.

Action point are indeed very important particularly when we are aiming at Team Leader status like BTL and other higher ranks in SFI. Daily ,weekly and monthly actions and regular standing orders do give us pre- specified action points but these are not just sufficient to make us reach Team leader positions.

Success in SFI is all about multiplication/duplication of our team and therefore there is no better way in scoring action points than through getting promoted your down line into EA2s regularly. This alone can bring to you substantial Action points regularly. A strong team will indeed help you to save your valuable T credits which you are otherwise forced to burn it by participating in various auctions in an unplanned way where our main objective being just to score some action points rather than winning the auctions which need a very thorough master plan.

Participating in Daily Grand draw and availing maximum chances therein indeed will improve your chances of securing/scoring Action points. I would strongly recommend to daily vote 30 questions which will give you an additional chance. Never miss this opportunity.

Indeed a thought provoking question particularly because all the three products are equally important.

On detailed analysis, I find that first we have to have a clear idea about our short term/midterm/slightly longer term objectives and accordingly we have to decide the product.

On immediate short term objective achievement like collecting action points, participating in auctions and collecting MRPS and then collecting Versa point’s etc T credits will be the best option.

IAHBE is indeed a very valuable tool but you should have some knowledge and dedicate considerable time for effective follow up and also have to be an absolute professional. I consider this as one of the best tool in SFI which opens doors to many areas enabling you meet your long term objectives.

But most of us, the S Builder seems to be the best choice because here SFI takes over and guard you of all your short comings in Advertisements, monitoring etc. and act on your behalf and collect valuables down line and allot to you. The society is indeed handled in a an extremely professional way and proved to be delivering results months after month and therefore I recommend this tool particularly to the newly appointed members.

Definitely at the age of 50 majority of the people are vastly experienced in various diversified fields and are more receptive to new ideas and convincing them become rather easier. There will, therefore, be no problem in convincing them about SFI once a balanced presentation is made to them.

Many of them easily understand the underlining principles of SFI by applying their past/vast experience and can easily fit themselves with the day to day routine as they are able to analyse the situation more objectively. They are in a better position to assess the risk factors, if at all any, in the new business and take appropriate timely remedial actions whenever needed. Normally they do not adopt HIT & RUN policies nor they will want /expect to become rich overnight which may not be the case of younger generation who at times are rather impatient and very often are at the cross roads so far as their carrier options are concerned. Therefore the desertion after joining the SFI which is very rampant today can definitely be addressed in some way and the quality of recruitments will also definitely be improved.

As I mentioned at the age of 50 they can indeed adjudicate and judge the opportunities in a better way and will be able to come up with the investments that may be genuinely needed and go ahead with the business in a faster pace.

Really very commendable combinations of expertise and experience in various offline methods. This will absolutely will be very useful for marketing SFI through these lines too along with various on line methods.

One of the off line method available to you and strongly recommend is to have seminars and video presentations about opportunities exist in SFI. Since you will be personally interacting with selected enthusiastic prospective customers at different locations, it will be much easier to explain to them in detail. This will yield much better results.

It is general experience that many of the newly joined affiliates do not come back after log in first time as they feel overwhelmed with the tasks displayed before them for scoring. The offline methods can indeed reduce these apprehensions on them and can help them to easily score the various one time tasks and move ahead.

Since you will be attending them personally, many a times, the language barriers can also overcome and render the best possible inputs to them.

I am sure along with online tools these off line methods will indeed deliver commendable results. 'Head or tail both you win' situation.

At present the most of the Re Assignments take place just to score 5 VP points on each re-assignments . Therefore the quality of the reassigned PSAs in many of the cases are very low since most of them are inactive and at the verge of leaving . Some of the re- assignments are made just to help your down line to send a weekly PSA message enabling them to score 30 weekly points. It is indeed time for all of us to look into this tool of Reassignment with larger interest of effective Team Building in mind.

In genuine cases, because of the communication costs it will perhaps be better if the reassignments are made with in the parent country. In this case the problem of language can also to some extend be addressed. Many a times I am unable to communicate with my down line members particularly during the first two /three days because of the cost of communication. The members are not fully conversant with the SKYPE or other cheaper communication means and many of us depend on Mobile phones which(overseas calls) is rather expensive. But if the calls originate within the same country, many a times, communication become very effective . Od course this is applicable more at the initial stages and thereafter all of us get experienced and are able to mange with the E mail facilities available to us. So the reassignment should take place at appropriate time when the Affiliate are indeed active and merely reassigning inactive Affiliates , whether with in the home country or outside, will not b effective.

PSA messages assume great importance in SFI. It is through these messages we establish regular contact with our down line and share the progress in SFI with each other . Person to person contacts and delivering the messages through personal discussions may be the best but is only possible where the PSAs are individually appointed from our own friend circles within our region. But here we are dealing with an international support team spread around the world speaking different languages and staying in different time zones. Of course telephone contacts are beneficial but because of logistic problems like the cost of international calls, time zone differences etc. We are unable to establish continuous and regular contact with our PSAs except through messages. SKYPE though definitely very helpful but still have its own limitations.

Initially the messages to our PSAs are frequent and very important because we have to train the new affiliates and keep them well informed all about the systems of scoring in SFI and make them EA/EA2. We will have to exercise great caution during this period to understand their problems and sort those with timely messages. AT this stage continuous monitoring their scores is very essential to understand as to where they are held up. Many a times they simply stop the moment they face any technical problem without knowing who and how to contact their up lines at that time.

It will indeed be of double benefit if we can address the messages in their languages if they are not conversant with English. That will indeed boost their confidence level.

It will be better if our messages are initially very specific and easy to understand dealing with day to day actions of scoring various TO DO LIST points and also completing one time action points. We can even give clarification/explanatory notes on each launch pad lessons to them and slowly make them conversant with the systems. We should restrain ourselves from overloading them with too much technical data but allow them to do things at their own phase with timely interventions where absolutely needed. Always remember our aim is to help and educate them and not to score any points ourselves showing how informed we are.

I do not think many people will be inquisitive to know what we do for our daily living unless it is a marriage proposal. There are many professions like Insurance Agencies , Mutual Fund Advisors, Yoga experts , Financial Consultants and many others where people work from home and earn respects and acknowledgements. It is not at all important to worry about what others think about us as long as we are focused on our targets and providing best and honest service to our down line associates and at the same time contributing to the society we live in to the best of our efficiency.

You are exposed to one of the best web site with access to information /methods, procedures and feed backs which will take you a long way to make you perfect. Just concentrate and complete all your launch pad lessons. Go through various postings in Forum and never miss Ask SC votes (30 daily). Do not click merely for the sake of points but concentrate in the lessons and opportunities those are waiting for us to tap. Never miss an opportunity to discuss with your up line as well as your down line to clarify an doubts . Once this becomes our habit success will indeed on its way. It will just be a matter of time.

Please do not enter SFI with a closed mind or any preconceived notions. Treat yourselves as a raw student and concentrate on the enormous details you are made available with. Go step by step and master each of these points. While you can definitely review your role in SFI in future, these educations those are now imparted are going to be with you for the rest of your life. So please never ignore these basics and give maximum of your quality time and commitment to the project in your hand.

New Affiliates should first realise that they are in the verge of breaking into one of the most rewarding experience as far as internet marketing is concerned. Here is an opportunity knocking their door and it is absolutely in their hand to make maximum use of the exposure they are about to receive.

Though the pressure on you from your up line to score fast will be bothering you, you must maintain your cool and continue to complete your Launchpad lessons one by one studying thoroughly. You should not be hesitant to spend more time with ASK SC question and vote 30 questions daily.
